For the test, you will need:

  • 3 yolks;
  • 300 grams (this is 1.5 cups) of wheat flour;
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • 70 grams of margarine or butter;
  • ½ cup of sugar.

For cream:

  • 150 grams of sugar;
  • 150 ml of water.

First you need to cook the syrup. To do this, we dissolve the sugar in the water and put it on the fire. The syrup should be cooked for about 45 minutes. Readiness is defined as follows.
