Shaykh Mansur bin Zayed al-Nahyan, like the Arab oil sheik, is rich, extravagant and has two wives. However, with the latter circumstance, he clearly disappointed. Sheikh Mansur graduated from high school in Abu Dhabi, and went to the United States for higher education. Where, after graduating from university, he became a bachelor of political science. Considering that the first step on the thorny path of education is quite enough for him, he did not tire himself more with gnawing granite blocks and gave himself entirely to the family business and all the amenities that accompany him.

In 1997, Sheikh Mansour became the manager of the office of the president of the UAE. Despite the democratic name, the office of president in this country is not elective and belongs to the emir of Abu Dhabi. It is inherited. In 2004, after the death of his father, who was the permanent president, the elder brother of Sheikh Mansur joined the presidential throne, who appointed him "minister of presidential affairs." All in the best traditions of the medieval eastern monarchy: the "great vizier" must be a relative! Later, he received several more high posts in the UAE, something that reminded one painfully of one of the hard-boiled figures of the era of developed socialism.

Sheikh Mansur, not bothering himself with state affairs (I'll venture to assume that there are very few such on the agenda in the UAE), he devoted himself entirely to his hobby. And the brother of the monarch was numerous. Carried away in jumps, he won several prestigious Middle East competitions, under his patronage is the annual race on the highway in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. But this seemed to him little, and in 2008 Sheikh Mansur buys the football team of the English Premier League "Manchester City".

But nevertheless, despite active sports and sport activities, the sheikh finds time for doing business.
