Fishermen are not bothered by this. They continue to come to the reservoir and on the coast of the rivers flowing into it to extract a wonderful catch. The same applies to hunters.

The reason, prompting the authorities to take decisive action, was a strong deterioration of the object. His condition bore a greater threat than benefit and protection from floods. At the moment it is considered that the project will be completed in 2017. But this is the case if the terms are not transferred again.

The amount necessary to carry out the work increased to 2.42 billion rubles. For the local budget, these are quite impressive investments. Money in some way "hung in the air", because the funds have already been spent, and the long-awaited result is still not there.

Reason for the delay

Now the facility is ready for 50%, which was announced at the meeting devoted to "long-term construction" in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. It does not sound very encouraging, given that the terms have been postponed twice already. Such work with a stretch can be called operational.

In 2010, a lawsuit was opened on this issue, during which they investigated the procedure for the actions of the customer and contractors of the project. They found out that the parties entered into a secret collusion, according to which they stole and divided the money invested in financing. They were taken back from the amount of the tranche in 2008. It is interesting that the Rosfinnadzor knew about this, for some reason silent about its observation.

Only a year later, the information reached law enforcement agencies. To the perpetrators, disciplinary sanctions were applied, which are certainly too small a penalty for such speculation.

One should only hope that the law enforcement bodies will show great vigilance and contribute to the speedy reconstruction of this wonderful place, bringing a lot of pleasure and profit to visitors.
