One of the rather quick recipes for preparing ripus is the so-called lazy pie. Rice cake is not only delicious, but also very useful.

Before you start cooking, you need to prepare the ingredients. It will take: 1 kilogram of ripus and potatoes, several onions, salt, black pepper, dill and sour cream (can be replaced with low-calorie mayonnaise).

To begin with, fish must be cleaned of scales and entrails, remove all bones (small and large), so that only the fish fillets remain . Peel potatoes and cut into slices, and onion half rings. The form for baking fish cake grease with oil, spread the pie in layers: lay the first layer of potatoes, then - chopped onions. After that, sprinkle a little salt, pepper and finely chopped dill.
