Review of the film "Bachelor Party 2: From Vegas to Bangkok"

"I do not believe that all this is happening again!"

The cult continuation of the once-acclaimed comedy "Bachelor Party in Vegas" caused a lot of bitter controversy among Russian viewers - an excellent comedy with fresh and rude jokes or just a slightly corrected and worsened first part?

About the movie "Bachelor Party 2: From Vegas to Bangkok" you need to say 2 folk wisdom. The first wisdom - about the joke, twice repeated, and the second wisdom - about the one who laughs last.

The double-joke is no funnier, and "Bachelor Party 2" in many respects copies one part of the film, which in itself is no longer funny. Repetitions may be needed if it were a little more interesting, but it turned out all the more vulgar and rougher and useless. Russian translation and dubbing, in which there is not even a hint of at least some culture of speech and morality, gives the film an even greater tinge of obscenity. Successful comedy received at this time is not quite a successful sequel, got plagiarism of itself from the first part ...

In the center of the story is a stag party, which, due to a series of events and comic circumstances, turns into a catastrophe , but a catastrophe in places is ridiculous and very vulgar.

And although the plot does not shine with the novelty - again we see the stag party before the wedding (Although this time and not planned), the same party, booze, partial amnesia in the morning and a full set of adventures - it's played in new places and in some moments it's funnier, more vulgar and rougher.

In general, "Bachelor Party 2" is still a ridiculous and horrible film ... A vulgar black humor is always on top, just a little esotericism has been added ...

If the first part bribed the audience with the originality and freshness of the plot, types and jokes, the second is designed for fans waiting for the continuation of the wanderings of their favorite heroes. True, I must say that the viewer, who did not watch the first film, will not understand half the jokes and jokes of the second film.

A loved quadruple can not but please the eye. This time, the wedding will take place at Stu (Ed Helms), which this time has tattooed on his face, and to search throughout the film in Bangkok will be the bride's brother Teddy (Mason Lee).

As in the first part, the most comical situation is created already shaved almost to bald Alan (Zak Galifianakis), that is not himself, but in the company of a charming smoking monkey. Not without a longtime friend of the first part Leslie Chau (Ken Zhong).

And now a few words about why he laughs the one who laughs last?

Despite the repetition, for vulgarity and rude humor, the lack of a normal Russian language and a culture of speech , the film, contrary to the expectations of the purists of film criticism, had box office success with the Russian viewer. Apparently the first part set so high a bar that her success was enough for the second film, but is there enough for the third one?

Whether there will be a third part of the original is the question. Who will marry and in what country? Will they write a new story? After all, the third time to watch one and the same will not like even the most ardent fans.
