The upper tiers are occupied by economy and luxury guest rooms (the latter with air conditioning). In all of them there are facilities in the room. There is another two-story building. There is only a refrigerator in the rooms of the equipment. Conveniences are located on the territory. The recreation center "Niva" in Rybakovka has a summer kitchen with necessary utensils for self-cooking. On the territory there is a barbecue grill for shish kebabs.
