Add to them cottage cheese (35 ml), a spoonful of lemon juice and pre-melted, preferably natural, honey. The main ingredient in this mask is cabbage, it tones well, it helps to smooth fine wrinkles and increases the elasticity of tired skin after winter.
Masks for the face of oils perfectly moisturize and nourish the skin. To prepare the mixture you will need an egg yolk, natural honey, linseed oil, burdock or castor. A spoon of warmed honey should be whipped together with the egg yolk, then add a little of any vegetable oil and mix thoroughly. Keep the mask on your face for at least 15 minutes.
Summer refreshing masks
Even this favorite season of the year, like summer, has a harmful effect on the skin, as the sun's rays are merciless to the dermis. Our main task in the summer is to protect the skin from the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation, provide all the necessary vitamins and begin preparations for a difficult autumn period. Experts recommend more often to prepare medical formulations in the summer, when the heat outside the window.
A mask of plum and sour cream is able to regulate the work of the sebaceous glands. Select a pair of large sinks, rinse them thoroughly with water, remove the stone and mash the fruit with a spoon. In the resulting mass, add sour cream and a little olive oil. Plum is often used in various refreshing masks, because it promotes the improvement of dry skin.
A mask of starch, milk and strawberries rejuvenates the skin, makes it attractive and healthy. For cooking, dissolve a tablespoon of starch powder in approximately the same amount of fresh milk. It is best to add some more peach oil. In the summer, when all sorts of berries are available to us, it is simply a sin not to use their useful properties. A mask of starch and strawberries is prepared in much the same way as the previous one, but instead of peach oil to starch and milk, a crushed strawberry is added. Hold the mask for 15-18 minutes and you will get a fresh pink shade of the face.
Autumn refreshing masks
Autumn is one of the most difficult periods, not only for the skin of our face, but for the whole organism as a whole. It is in the autumn season that all the chronic ailments begin to exacerbate, the skin becomes noticeably rasping, preparing for winter colds. The main goal of refreshing masks in the autumn period is to nourish the derma with vitamins, raise its general tone and prepare for a long winter. For autumn masks, berries such as sea-buckthorn and dog rose are often used.
