Kefir is an amazing product, from which you can prepare a lot of different dishes. So, the recipes from kefir include the creation of a variety of pastries and snacks, drinks, first and second dishes, and even desserts.

Consider the main recipes from kefir. The most popular is oatmeal bread on kefir. For its preparation, we need two cups of oatmeal and two cups of yogurt, wheat flour, too, two cups, 1 tsp. Baking powder and a pinch of salt.

So, the cooking process is as follows. We pour yogurt into oat flour and leave it for all night. Then, the next day in this mass, add wheat flour, baking powder and salt. The dough should not get too thick, if it does, then add the milk. The dough is kneaded, and then put into a mold, previously greased. Bake about 60-90 minutes.

In addition to bread, you can perfectly prepare a cocktail of yogurt, for example, in combination with sea-buckthorn. Here is the prescription.

For a cocktail we need 1 cup of kefir, 200 grams of sea-buckthorn and sugar (honey).

Let's start cooking. The berries of sea-buckthorn must be beaten in a mixer, while gradually adding sugar (honey). Beat the kefir separately. Then we combine all the resulting components, mix and pour into the dishes. It is recommended to put ice cubes in glasses beforehand.

Turning to desserts, it is worth noting that there is a good recipe for jelly from kefir. This dish is not only delicious, but also useful, natural.

So, the recipe is jelly.

We will need half a liter of kefir, 100 g of sour cream, 200 g of sugar, 2 tablespoons of gelatin and fruit syrup, vanillin for taste.

Preparation is as follows.

Gelatin should be poured with boiling water and let it brew for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, kefir is mixed with sour cream, sugar and vanillin. We stir until the sugar completely dissolves. Advice: kefir should be used more fat, as otherwise jelly can turn out to be watery. Further, gelatin is poured into an iron bowl and put on a slow fire. The mixture is constantly stirred. Tip: you can add pieces of fruit. Then divide the resulting mixture into 2 parts, one of which is poured into a separate bowl and add there syrup (or dye). The more you want the different colors of your jelly - so the more pieces you need to divide and paint. Finally, the mixture is poured into molds. Jelly we will have different layers. Therefore, it is necessary to pour the first layer and leave in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, then the second, etc.

The resulting jelly is extracted from the mold and can be served on the table, if desired, you can decorate with berries.

For this we need a half liter of kefir. So, put the yogurt on a strong fire. When the liquid reaches the boiling point, the fire is reduced, but we also continue to boil, not forgetting to stir constantly.   2. One and a half cup of kefir.

  7. Dill.
  8. Spice.

Let's start cooking. Kefir salt and bred cold boiled water (preferably beetroot decoction). Potatoes and beets were boiled in advance. We cut the beets into strips and combine them with yogurt, we also add onion, greens.

When serving in a bowl, it is recommended to put the hard-boiled egg and sour cream. A potato is served separately.
