Looking through the news about the affairs in Ukraine, people often come across the names of its past presidents. Biography of Kuchma

In the remote village of Chaikino, which is in the Chernigov region, in August (9) 1938 a boy was born, to whom a great destiny was destined. He was brought up by his mother. They still managed to give the angle to the teachers. The village was only seven years old. But Lenya dreamed of education. He was attracted by pedagogical activity. I had to run to a neighboring village at the age of ten, after which he entered the physics department of Dnepropetrovsk University. Learning was given to Lena hard. But it turned out that he has excellent organizational skills. And people followed him. Recognized that their leader is a student-debtor Kuchma. Career

After graduate training, Kuchma was assigned to a design bureau. He was supposed to design missiles. By the way, Leonid Danilovich is proud of this and to this day. Political career

The USSR was falling apart. In 1990, people who held such serious positions were well aware. It was necessary to think about the future. Leonid Danilovich decided to go to the deputies. And it happened. He, the leader of Yuzhmash, was supported by the people. In this position he experienced the collapse of the Union, the declaration of independence. And in 1992, then-President Leonid Kravchuk invited him to lead the executive branch. It was an excellent chance for further growth. Leonid Danilovich agreed. And after only two years he successfully ran for the main post in the country. President of Ukraine Kuchma was until 2004. This is a special time. Probably citizens remember it as the most prosperous. As they say, after Kuchma, contradictions ripened into society. And about the gossip, Leonid Danilovich does not worry. He says himself that the peaceful life of people is most valuable to him. And in order to lead the country out of a terrible conflict, he is ready for much. And to suffer gossip - nonsense, in comparison with what else you have to do. Leonid Danilovich - the last president of Ukraine, recognized by both parts of society. Therefore, his authority in the settlement of the conflict is irreplaceable.
