Prefab Houses under the Key - The Optimal Option for the Future of a Home Owner

One of the most modern and most promising construction technologies is the frame technology. But in this type of construction, as in any other, there are features that it is recommended to familiarize with in advance, and then decide in favor of frame houses or structures from other materials.

Someone finds the strength and time to build frame houses on their own, but more often people resort to the service of erecting frame houses on a turn-key basis. In any case, it is useful to know that in order to increase the load-bearing capacity and optimum conditions for the inner and outer skin, the supporting frames of the carcass structure should be located at a distance of 50 cm from each other. In this scenario, a balanced load will be provided for the entire frame of the building. Support posts are made of bars measuring 5x10 cm, beams, rafters, wall panels suggest the use of boards 5 cm thick. The plinth should be covered with a layer of waterproofing, after which it is already put upright for the erection of the frame. The upper harness must be fixed over the racks. It is very important which heat-insulating materials are used in construction, they should be selected based on the climatic conditions of the area.

So, frame houses consist of a frame, which is already lined on both sides by this or that material. Most often, they use boards, plywood, tiled materials in the form of gypsum board, fibreboard and particle board.

In no case should the interior finish be made harmful to health or toxic materials. Basically, the walls are plastered with gypsum plasterboard, which opens up wide possibilities in terms of the design of the room, or a lining that gives special warmth to the room. In the kitchen, in the bathroom, in the toilet, special moisture-resistant sheets, films or impregnated with antiseptic solution boards are used. It is also possible to use wood-fiber boards, having previously joined them together by means of an adhesive and thus giving them strength and moisture resistance.

Outer sheathing assumes several other requirements. Here the main emphasis is on the wall deflection and on the prevention of high humidity inside the frame. For this, vertical slats are mounted on top of solid boards installed on the frame, and the facade is already finished on top of them . That is, a gap of at least 5 cm is provided, due to which both the heater and the wood will not lose their properties, constantly being ventilated. The facade can be siding, lining, brick, ceramic materials, special plaster, etc.

Today, many construction companies erect frame houses turnkey, and this service is the best option for the future owner of such a home. After all, in this case, all the nuances of frame construction will be taken into account by specialists who regularly deal with this technology. As a result, the customer receives a durable, beautiful and usable house that meets all the client's stated requirements.
