This feature is due to the lack of any participation in competitions of any of the levels. The activities of such groups are to conduct a large number of internal relay races, the delivery of basic standards and various recreational sports. The intensity of employment remains high, regardless of the season change. Particular emphasis is placed on outdoor activities.

Planning for PFD

Planning is based on two main characteristics of the load:

  1. Occupation of low intensity and low volume.
  2. Occupation of high intensity and high volume.
