Dear friends! In connection with the events taking place in the world economy that threaten the security of civilization, I appeal to you with a proposal to move to the New Civilization - a civilization of the 2nd level of the intellectual development of mankind.

All transformations in the history of mankind began with intellectual growth and the level of development of thinking. The growth of the level of thinking has always depended on the amount of information. If the brain has a small amount of information to process, then accordingly it has a low level of thinking. Usually a thinker appeared who, in the process of thinking over reality, that is, in the process of processing information, raised his level of thinking, as a result of which ideas were born which he reflected in his philosophical writings. Science took ideas from this philosophy and put forward their own theories and hypotheses on their basis, and the practice embodied them in life. Thus, intellectual progress was made, followed by scientific and technological progress. Following this logic, the basis for the transition to the New Civilization, can only be another increase in the level of development of thinking. And if we are talking about a global transition and raising the level of development of thinking to a level, then a thinker of the 2nd level should appear. This thinker will offer some very deep philosophy that will destroy the foundations of this civilization, that is, modern science, philosophy and religion, and offer some new teaching that will form the basis of a new science, philosophy and religion. And this thinker will show the way how to get out of the global misfortune. And since his teaching will be incomprehensible to anyone, one must first take it for granted. Therefore, this teaching will become a new religion. Of course, we understand that today there are no such doctrines in philosophy, science and religion.

A misfortune has happened to mankind. It lost its way, and as a result of monetization of consciousness, difficulties arise in finding a way out of the situation. The reason for this is a low level of system thinking. A mass of people can not build themselves up in the economic system without monetary superstructure and carry out concerted actions to carry out economic processes in order to ensure themselves and the progress of the whole civilization. There is no necessary level of system thinking, so people do not see the economic system itself, they do not understand how it is arranged. There is no necessary level of dynamic thinking to switch consciousness from one system to another and safely survive. There is no necessary level of ethical thinking, in order to be integrated into the economic model and to carry out concerted actions. There is no necessary level of scientific thinking, in order to justify such an economic model. Finally, there is no necessary level of global thinking, in order to deploy this model on the territory of the whole planet. Therefore, when the monetary system is curtailed, civilization can not organize itself in an organized economic model in an organized way and ensure its survival and progress, and even more so come up with a new model with fewer flaws. A crowd without a monetary system can not survive and run up. The current level of development of thinking is enough to understand that the monetary system is the main cause of all the centuries-old problems of mankind. The emergence of empires at all times, were attempts to expand markets. However, no matter how they expand, the monetary system always leads the world into a crisis, after which wars occurred, and after their completion, construction began and a new slow growth. The monetary system inhibits the progress of civilization throughout its history by numerous wars, poverty, disasters and famine. The reason for this is a low level of development of the thinking of mankind. The only way out for ever is to stop this phenomenon - it is to learn without a monetary system, independently and organizedly integrated into the economic system and carrying out concerted and synchronous actions to ensure economic growth and progress of civilization.

I propose as a philosophical basis for a new civilization the Teaching of Pure Reason, reflected in my philosophical work "Awakening of Reason or How to Become a Person", written under the pseudonym of A. Vasiliev, which can form the basis of the scientific Theory of Pure Reason. The doctrine is based on the conjugate logic, which is based on the principle of solving contradictions between ethical and selfish thinking. The study provides a complete analysis of the logic of the brain with the selection of a rational aspect. In the study, the concepts that make up the rational side of the general information logic are singled out. They are aligned in a single series and contrasted with identical destructive logical concepts. Thus, it is possible for the brain to independently make the path of thought development from the destructive to the constructive component, while further dividing and deepening the overall structure of logic. Immersion of the brain mentally into conjugated moral concepts forms in it second-level thinking, which as a result gives the person a high level of systemic thinking, that is, the ability to penetrate the essence of events in the surrounding reality and find in them a system, determine its structure, see the laws of its development and Predict its transition to another state. The teaching forms a high level of ethical and global-ethical thinking, with finding an optimal constructive balance between the selfish and ethical component. The teaching forms a high level of global thinking with the expansion and growth of consciousness to the global level, and develops the ability of the brain to go beyond its own logic, independently assess the objectivity and depth of its understanding of the surrounding world and its role in it. Teaching forms a high level of dynamic thinking with the ability of the brain to mentally easily move from one economic system to another. The teaching forms a high level of global-constructive thinking, with the ability of the brain to mentally go beyond the limits of global systems and analyze them not from within, but from the outside. This allows us to analyze the structure of the global system, and within its chaotic component see the developing system, predict the stages of its further development and completion, and also supplement this system with necessary components for finding the best system possible. For this analysis, the brain learns to develop global-analytical thinking, globally-synthetic, global-ethical thinking, as well as deeper scientific thinking, since the ability to find constructive ideas and search for ideal economic models lies in the plane with a new deep understanding of the brain of principles and The primacy of ethical thinking for the further progress of the intellect and the surrounding world.

Modern economic science is built on the ideas of Adam Smith, which in turn are based on a philosophy of a fairly low level of ethical and scientific thinking. But the reasons for the appearance of such a philosophy are quite understandable. When the thinkers of the time, when capitalism was born, contemplated the surrounding reality and looked for the beginnings of progress, they looked for who would make this progress and how. And they understood that from the peasant, who for millennia engaged in primitive forms of management with a shovel in the hands of progress, to wait is meaningless. They also understood that there would be no progress from the tsar who simply exploited this peasant and did not develop at all. Therefore, when a man appeared who chased money and built something and worked, everyone understood that progress will come from him. And under this peasant quickly "underpinned" philosophy, and science and practice took from this philosophy of ideas and created such conditions that this man was running easier and faster, because he was the only hope for mankind in its progression. And in this philosophy and science this peasant forgave everything. He could steal, commit any destructive actions, but the main thing he must continue to run, because there was no other source of progress. Today, this man can not escape any more, because the monetary system has paralyzed him, and simultaneously with his inaction, the foundations of the entire economic science are being destroyed, which can not offer an idea on which further progress of civilization will go and find who will implement this progress. The economic model on the basis of the monetary system with the growth of population and the increase in the money mass concentrates a huge amount of the population servicing the monetary system itself, and not the real sectors of the economy, such as the production of goods and the provision of services. For 500 years these peasants dragged the civilization with their activity and brought it to the state in which it is now. However, further deepening of the division of labor requires attracting more people and simplifying ways of managing by getting rid of all the unnecessary obstacles to produce and progress. And for management of such large masses of people, a completely different management system and a completely different philosophy are already needed. The source of progress will now be not individual entrepreneurs, but the entire population of the planet, united in economic systems, such as management system, innovation system, transport system, communication system, employment system, production system, education system, health system, control system, statistics system , Information system and distribution system. And in order to realize this progress, it is necessary to raise the level of systemic, ethical, scientific, dynamic and globally constructive thinking. Increasing the level of system thinking will help the population see an economic system consisting of the 20 components listed above, find its place in it and carry out activities, subject to the management system. Increasing the level of ethical thinking will help the entire population to do this in an organized way through the employment system of the population, that is, to come to the centers of the employment system, to look through lists of necessary jobs, to choose their work according to the level of intelligence and, thus, to integrate into the new economic model.

It should be said that the monetary system has existed throughout the history of mankind and has a very large history. Therefore, all the science, religion and philosophy known in history are built on the basis of monetary logic and have a monetary bias, so it is very difficult to imagine how it is possible to organize the functioning of economic systems without a monetary system. At the same time, it should be understood that the real economy, that is, the production of goods and services, is related to the monetary system, only within the framework of monetary logic, where concepts such as goods, value, price generally appear. Within the framework of an objective economy, that is, an economy that is outside the bounds of some distorted, for example monetary component, the commodity can be called the output of production, and its price or value is formed as a result of the well-functioning functioning of the production system, the system of innovation and the employment system of the population. That is, the production product is the result of human labor aimed at transforming material values with the use of innovative technologies. And this is the joint work of the production system, the employment system of the population and the system of innovations. And the basis for determining the required number of products produced should not be demand, such as the amount of money in the hands of consumers, and the needs, such as the number of consumers themselves. That is, working harmoniously, the system of innovation, the production system and the employment system of the population will produce the product, based on the amount of population, and based on the data deduced by the system of statistics, and the instructions of the management system, will produce this product and transfer it to the consumer through the distribution system.

It should be noted that modern science has not yet fully understood the existing monetary economic model. She has not yet presented her in the image, did not see the system in her, and therefore can not objectively predict its development and transition to some other model. In fact, the current economic model is quite simple, and it is a monetary superstructure for real economic systems, such as production system, transportation system, communication system and others. The monetary superstructure is a manufacturing enterprise that prints money and sells it at interest to the states, which in turn give them out at great interest to the population and enterprises in the form of loans. The population at the enterprises buys the goods and so distribution of the made production is carried out. In this scheme, the banking system is in the most advantageous position, since it sells money at interest to all participants in economic processes, that is, to states, enterprises and the population. This model is difficult to imagine in the image, because there is no systemic thinking, but when you imagine it, you understand that nothing can be changed in it, and at the same time you understand its absurdity. How can you organize an economic system that has led the whole civilization into a dead end and led to an abyss? This model can not be changed in any way, since there is a common logical understanding that it is impossible to give out money simply, so it turned out that the monetary system failed the person to die from his own irrational logic.

It should be said that over the long years of the development of monetary logic, there was a feeling that this system is so immutable and eternal that it can not be overcome and it is considered absurd and when thinking about the cancellation of the monetary system, almost everything that is and everything on it Keeps. In this regard, there are many fears and fears of people in thinking about the very essence and expediency of the monetary system, as it is based on the foundations of the existing civilization, such as religion, science and philosophy. And before the human brain dares to try to undermine these foundations, it must raise the level of global, ethical and systemic thinking. Systemic thinking is necessary to see how the system is arranged, to understand its irrationality and absurdity, global thinking is necessary to go beyond the framework of this system and disassemble it from the outside and not from within, and to raise the level of ethical thinking it is necessary to dare to challenge this system, find faults in it, To investigate their irreversibility and to put forward a new model of the economic system and a new philosophy that can describe this system and justify it. And for this, it is necessary to raise the level of global constructive thinking, which today is quite low and can only create utopian models in the form of images of an ideal world, without understanding how the relationships between people are organized in them and how the functioning of economic systems is established.

It should be said that the formation and development of capitalism led to such freedom of opinions and theories, as well as forms of realization, which caused a disorderly chaos of ideas, books and forms of logic not by chance. Capitalism in the modern understanding of people is the most progressive system, precisely because of the orientation toward freedom of thought, since only the freedom of thought enabled all people to show creativity in thinking and put forward all kinds of ideas. On the one hand, the consequence of this was information noise, which suppresses the development of constructive ideas that can advance civilization to the next level of progress, and on the other hand, gives the chance to appear some new idea that will move civilization forward. Today, this idea has arisen and shaped into a new teaching and it all depends on how quickly science and practice are oriented to make it real.

It should be understood that economic science, which is based on the philosophy of progress of Adam Smith and similar thinkers of the past, is also based on religious ideas that dominate people's minds and determine the level of their ethical thinking. At one time, today's religion was the result of an increase in the level of thinking of its theoretical thinkers, who, while contemplating reality and finding faults in it, offered ethical solutions to combat these shortcomings. Accordingly, the level of their ethical thinking allowed to make decisions only of a contextual nature. That is, both modern philosophy and religion can offer a person to do a moral or ethically literate act in a situation or in a context, but they can not offer any solutions for making the whole text moral or the whole world moral. This requires a higher level of global, systemic, ethical and scientific thinking. Therefore, modern religion did not take place as a constructive teaching, and although it found response among the majority of the population, it failed to make this population moral, because religious teaching contradicts philosophical ideas oriented to progress and an economic model in which it is impossible to progress morally and materially at the same time . In other words, the economic model presupposes competition and struggle, which provided progress, and the religious doctrine of humility and humanistic ideas, which in turn raised the morality of man to the required level, but at the same time stopped progress. And in order for a person to be both moral and progressive at the same time, it was necessary to change the economic model, as it developed only in conditions of competition and means a struggle that involves a certain degree of immorality. Attempts to find such an economic model were made in the philosophy of Karl Marx. He proposed a socialist economic model, predicting which did not take into account the fact that humanism is advisable if it does not interfere with progress, and in a monetary economy, humanism and progress are simultaneously impossible. Therefore, when the idea of a socialist economic model was realized, it turned out that it is stopping progress, since it is impossible to modernize the economy, assuming alienation of a person from labor. A worker in a socialist model can not be kicked out of work, so you can not put an automatic machine in his place. In capitalism, which is less a humanistic system, a worker can be driven out of work, but instead put a robot and this is obvious progress, although this does not imply a moral progress. And in order to project a model of the economy in which there will be a balance between moral progress and technical lack of the required level of global, systemic, dynamic and global-ethical thinking. Therefore, all attempts to restore socialism today will not make progress, as the desire to create as many jobs as possible will lead to greater primitivization of production processes, which in the modern world are already on the verge of full automation.

Thus, for the exit of civilization from the global economic crisis, one must understand that the basis of the existing economic model is economic science, whose roots go to a particular philosophy that has grown on the basis of religion. And all this construction sits in the consciousness of each person, presented in the form of beliefs formed on the basis of a low level of systemic and ethical thinking. In other words, religion and its meaning have not yet been grasped, philosophy and its ideas are not clear, and the economic model is understood by everyone within the limits of personal experience and within the information available to it. Therefore, we meet such a phenomenon, when the opposition goes to the government and asks him to raise his salary. This suggests that people do not have an idea of the economic system, do not understand how it works and do not understand the logic of every acting subject in it, so there are always complaints not to the system, but to the key figures exercising control over this system, that is To the government and entrepreneurs. And to understand the whole system by all participants in economic processes, a higher level of systemic thinking is needed to represent how the distribution of all money masses takes place and how this distribution affects the entire economy. And since the existing economic model acts on the whole world, the processes occurring in each country affect the state of the entire world economy. But to see this, it is necessary to raise the level of system thinking.

So, the current level of development of thinking does not allow us to understand the economic model, which does not appear to be a person in images. When the word "model" is pronounced, no image arises. A person can not explain the structure of this model, can not point out its main features, and there is no understanding of how it works. This also means that there is no necessary level of systemic thinking. For example, when pronouncing the word "car" a person has enough level of development of system thinking to represent the machine and the system of its structural components in the form of a set of parts and nodes that characterize this model and help to understand the principles of its functioning. To represent the image of large objects, such as the "economic model", it is necessary first to bring the brain to the level of global thinking, as well as global-system thinking. And to penetrate into the essence of the economic model, a skill of global-analytical and global-synthetic thinking is necessary. And in order to talk about how to transform this model into a more perfect one, you need the skill of global constructive thinking. Of course, there are no such skills today, that's why there are difficulties in understanding the essence of large structured objects. For comparison, you can imagine how the brain comprehends large objects when pronouncing the words that designate them. When you say the word Africa, the nearest image it understands appears in the brain. Usually this is a map of Africa that you saw on geography lessons or at home on the wall. But this Africa looks like a kind of model with a lot of countries, decorated with different colors. The brain can not imagine such a large object at once in the form of millions of plants, people, nature, animals, but it can all represent them in the form of separate fragments. And since he can not represent it, then he can not analyze everything and think about it. That is, the roots of problems go to the imperfection of the brain as a natural phenomenon. And to understand how it works, you need a very serious skill in psychoanalysis, that is, the analysis of mental and mental processes in the brain. And in order to conduct this analysis, it is necessary to go beyond the logic of the brain, for which it is necessary to raise the level of consciousness, expand it and raise the level of system thinking. To do this, you need some kind of mental tool. As a tool that influences the deeper structuring of brain logic and helps to understand its patterns, the conjugate concepts that are the basis of the Teaching of Pure Reason appear. That is, before becoming a representative of a new civilization, each person on Earth must focus on conjugated moral concepts, resolve all personal contradictions between ethical and selfish thinking and his own consciousness to come to an understanding of the balance between personal egoism and objective ethics. Simply put, in order to move into the New Civilization, a person needs to wrest from the head the roots of all modern religion, philosophy and science and instead insert a new religion, philosophy and science that are built on the solution of the contradictions between selfish and ethical thinking and finding a measure of personal egoism.

That is, the thinking of the second level of civilization development is characterized by a high degree of quality and depth of information processing, with complete penetration into the structure of each phenomenon and the identification of all its systemic features.

Therefore, in order to overcome the crisis in the near future, it is necessary to unite all presidents of all countries and create a world government. The world government will rule the whole world and stop all wars. And from that time on, every leader of any country will be approved by the world government, and if the people of a country choose an aggressor who is trying to deploy some wars or carry out destructive policies, the world government will require the people to re-elect such a leader and submit for approval to the world government , That he became part of the world government and represented his people in the global world. The world government will be able to abolish the monetary system, introduce a new model of the economy in which it will be possible to attract the entire population, which will help deepen the division of labor and get rid of the shortcomings of the modern economy and emerge from the global economic crisis.

It should be understood that it is unlikely that someone will succeed in selling a modern economic model with general poverty, drunkenness and devastation, falling planes, wars, crashing cars and ecological collapse for a new civilization. This civilization is known to us, and the degree of its novelty will need to be proved long. Progress on the planet has not been 100 years. The last industrial growth ended in 1926, when Germany entered a crisis that ended in the Second World War. After the war, there was no progress, but the restoration of the destroyed cities. By the 70s in the USSR all construction projects had ended, and the country had entered the era of stagnation. After that, Russia was drawn into an unscientific model of globalization, which did not make progress, but rather destroyed everything that had been created before. That is, those peasants who were the hope of the civilization and thinkers of Adam Smith's time for progress, because they ran after money and built something, from the 90s until now nothing was built, but basically destroyed, taken and sold. Therefore, I appeal to the youth. You need this civilization . Our generation lived on demountable apartments, in a meaningless humiliating and absurd work. We ran around the planet against each other destroying everything that the previous generation created. It happened because of the illiterate economic model, the globalization model based on the US dollar. Today the world is in danger, and Russia is also in danger. You can no longer sit and wait until the blind previous generation, whose brains swam with Adam Smith's ideas, will try to make some meaningless jerks and throws, try to integrate and create some meaningless jobs. Humanity does not have systemic thinking, it does not understand the economic system, therefore, trying to transform something in it, politicians and economists are even more in crisis. And we are losing civilization, which we urgently need to save. Believe that you need to cancel the money. This they spoil all life, in them the whole reason. Believe that we can overcome this crisis if we cancel the monetary system. Presidents and governments do not have systemic thinking, but I do have it. I will consult them and will manage all the processes. I know that everyone is afraid to even think about the possibility of canceling money. All science and all religion and the whole world philosophy is held by them. Tear out this nonsense from the head. You can safely and without a monetary system reach the morning before these plants, which have been standing for 30 years. You can get to these tractors and fields. You can agree on who will build and who will sow and plow. It all seems impossible, in fact it's quite simple. Money paralyzed the real world economy for 50 years. Here no one has built anything for a long time, does not erect anything, does not invent anything and does not construct. Therefore, we have such a terrible life. The opposition should not take to the streets and demand from the government to reduce utility tariffs. You do not have systemic thinking, so you do not understand how the system works and do not understand that it is impossible to reduce these tariffs, because then there will be no money in the budget and they will not be able to pay salaries. Tariffs will only increase, prices will rise, all plants and factories will go bankrupt, the entire economic system will collapse. This is the crisis of the entire monetary system, which is curtailed to zero. It returns to where it originates - to the US Federal Reserve and at the same time the national currencies will be curtailed. They do not make sense in investing in a collapsing economy, as this will not make a profit. Therefore, everyone will try to hide their money and wait for better times, which never come. The system leads humanity to understand absolute equality, and when the monetary system completely disappears, humanity will exit the monetary system and will have to organize itself into the economic system without a monetary superstructure. Do not believe that we have any development programs for 10 or 20 years ahead. Modern science has no predictive thinking. With a general failure, there will be no trade, so there is no point in producing anything. Everyone will spend money only for travel and food. And this summer Russia will go into a terrible crisis, which by the autumn will lead to hunger. We do not have our own agriculture, and we will not have money to buy imported food, so the next winter will be hungry. All subsequent years we will fall, until we cancel the money. The system without a monetary superstructure is created quite simply. The management system is integrated into a single network at all levels: federal, regional, provincial, city and district levels. They open employment centers through which the population is distributed to workplaces and managing systems ensure the functioning of the economy. The transport system will transport the tractor to the fields, the tractor drivers will plow and sow these fields, and the industry will make greenhouses, and we will provide ourselves with food by the fall. The economic system without a monetary superstructure has a growth potential of 1,000 percent a year. The economy of a more perfect civilization can not be worse than the economy of a less perfect civilization. We will create a paradise on Earth working harmoniously only for 7 hours a day, distributed to workplaces at the place of residence. The fact that you drive for hours in these trains and metro, stand in traffic jams and freeze at stops - this is the result of an illiterate ill-conceived economic model. The fact that you work 12 hours a day and do not have a normal personal life is the result of an illiterate economic system. The fact that you are not working on your own land, but in foreign countries and cities is the result of an illiterate model of globalization. The fact that you can not create families and have your own home, sit without work or are engaged in primitive meaningless work is the result of an absurd economic model.

The natural evolution of the brain depends on the amount of information processed by it, and with the increase in the amount of information, the quality of its processing and the depth of thinking grow. The more information actually available, the deeper and more penetrating the brain penetrates into it and the depth of thinking grows with the frequency of concentration. This is how the intellectual progress of civilization takes place, followed by scientific and technological progress. Books of the past no longer need to be read. This religion no longer corresponds to the level of thinking, this philosophy no longer corresponds to the depth of information processing. This science no longer leads to progress. Take out the logic of the past from the root of the head, and put the mind of the future in its place: system, dynamic, global-analytical, globally synthetic, globally constructive, objectively scientific, voluminous and global-ethical thinking of the 2nd level of civilization.

It remains only to wait for a science that recognizes this teaching and will help practitioners, that is, politicians and economists, to translate it into reality. Attempts to go through science or politics so far have not led to success. I have gone very far from modern science, so far that she does not see me. Attempts to go through the practitioners have not been successful either. No one wants a new civilization, and it seems to everyone that it is enough to reduce utility tariffs for its establishment. There is only one hope for the public. I'm still waiting for a constructive dialogue with science, philosophy, politicians, economists and the public.
