Mushroom flyworm: description, distribution, composition

A flywheel is a tubular fungus that has a slightly sticky, dry or velvety bonnet. His leg is sometimes somewhat wrinkled. By nutritional value, it can compete with beef. Mushroom moss is great for a vegetarian diet. It contains minerals and vitamins.

Mushroom flyworm: description and species diversity

These macromycetes have a reddish or whitish flesh with a broad-tubed yellow-green hymenopter. The incisions quickly turn blue and become externally unpleasant, but this does not affect the taste at all. Mushroom moss previously used to rank Borovik. This causes a significant morphological diversity. There are at least 18 varieties of this fungus: woody, powdery, green, parasitic, Polish, apricot, motley, chestnut, half-gold, red, tusposporic and others. And there are no poisonous species among the mosses. Some of them are inedible, but also not toxic, therefore can not cause a strong poisoning. Mushroom flyworm for humans is safe. And this is very important for beginning mushroom pickers. After all, they most often confuse similar macromycetes, and even eat them, which leads to poisoning. This is also valuable moss-mushroom. A false version of it is not found in nature.

Spread

Where can I find it? The fungus moss is found in the temperate climatic zones of both hemispheres. He prefers soils covered with moss, to which grows a mushroom cap. This was the reason for this name of the fungus. Mosquitoes form microspores with coniferous and deciduous trees. They grow very well in mixed and pine forests. A green mushroom can be found on forest fringes and glades, on roadsides, much less often on stumps, as well as at the bases of pines and firs. Parasitic flyworms can grow on the bodies of false-lizards and raincoats. Some varieties are soil saprotrophs, that is, they receive nutrients only from the ground.

Time of collection

The mushroom appears with the onset of warm weather in June after small rains. The most popular among mushroom pickers are Polish and green mosses, despite the fact that they belong to the third category of edibility. In their food, they can be consumed immediately after collection, frying in a frying pan. The majority of fans of "quiet hunting" do just that, because the cut production quickly turns blue. Mushroom moss can be preserved for the winter. It is also easy to dry (after cleaning) over the stove, in the oven, in the sun, strung on a string.

Composition

As already mentioned, according to the amino acid content, the mosses do not yield much to beef. However, in the digestive tract, fungi are digested somewhat worse than meat. For vegetarians, mosses are an excellent substitute for animal protein. In addition, these fungi contain vitamins (PP, C, A, D), essential oils, minerals, sugars and enzymes. For better digestibility of biologically valuable components, the moss must be crushed when cooking. It must be remembered that these fungi are a heavy food, therefore they are not recommended for people with chronic and severe ailments of the digestive glands and gastrointestinal tract.
