Mosrentgen is a settlement. Moscow, the village of the plant "Mosrentgen"

Mosrentgen is a settlement on the territory of New Moscow with a population of 16,500 people (2010). Administratively since 2012 belongs to the Novomoskovsk district of the capital. Previously, it was a rural settlement formed around the company Mosrentgen, which produces X-ray and other medical equipment.

History

Mosrentgen - a village with a long history. Although a settlement with this name was formed during the industrialization period as a residential zone of the same-name plant, people have lived here for a long time. It is known that in 1627 the village of Govorovo, which belonged to a certain Philip Bashmakov, was located here. Over the next 60 years, the settlement changed the owners many times, which, however, contributed little to the development of the area.

In 1696 the next owner of Govorov, deacon Avtonom Ivanov, built a beautiful Trinity Church, and is still a cultural treasury of Mosrentgen. Autonom was a brilliant figure of his era: he exposed the plot against Peter I, created the Azov regiment, distinguished in the battles. Thanks to his efforts, once unappealing govorovskaya wasteland became actively populated, thanks to the stone church, Govorovo was renamed Troitskoe.

From the middle of the 18th century the land was owned by the landowner Saltychikha (Saltykova). She became notorious for the whole of Russia because of her sadistic inclinations. In the period from 1755 to 1762, the mistress brutally tortured about 130 peasants, for which she was condemned by Empress Catherine II for a life imprisonment in a monastery.

Connection with Tyutchev

An important historical heritage can boast not only Old Moscow. The village of Mosrentgen as the heir of the village of Troitskoe can also be proud of outstanding personalities who lived on this land in different periods. By coincidence, Ivan Tyutchev was one of the guardians of Saltychikha's children. Later the estate was bought back by the grandfather of the great poet Nikolai Andreevich. There is little information about that period, but historians are sure that it was he who equipped a beautiful park in Troitsk with a cascade of ponds, traces of whose former splendor have been preserved to the present day.

The youngest daughter of Nikolai Andreevich, Nadezhda, was friendly with Gogol. And Ivan, the eldest son, brought up the great poet Fyodor Ivanovich Tyutchev. It was in the Troitskoe estate that, according to the poet, his creative development took place, his love of literature was revealed. Nine years (until the departure in 1821 for the diplomatic service) every spring and summer, Fyodor Ivanovich spent on the estate. By the way, later the lands passed to Griboedov's niece - in the maiden name of Anastasia Rimsky-Korsakova. She was often visited by composer Alexander Alyabyev.

Russia, Moscow: Mosrentgen settlement in the Soviet period

During the Soviet period, in the settlement, which by that time bore the name of Teply Stan, housed workshops for the production of X-ray equipment. The Great Patriotic Enterprise was evacuated, and after its completion the latest production line was brought from Germany. Given the importance of the enterprise, the German specialist was invited to establish an updated production. Since 1944, Teply Stan has been renamed into the village of Mosrentgen.

Description

The village of the factory "Mosrentgen" is actually a monocity. Its landscape is a dense urbanized area with a well-developed street-road network, garden associations, industrial zones, the Khovansky cemetery, the "open" military town of Vidnoye-4 and forests.

The number of significant settlements includes a wholesale vegetable base, a construction market and a fair, a training center for the Ministry of Emergency Situations, residential neighborhoods. Among the historical sites - park estate Troitskoe mid-XVIII century with three ponds, located cascade. To the south stands the Church of the Life-Giving Trinity (1696), to the north there is a private sports complex.

As one of the journalists aptly put it, Mosrentgen is a village resembling an island of Soviet life outside Moscow, which has sunk in the commercial and industrial periphery of Moscow, generated by capitalism.

The axis of communication of this territory is the street of Admiral Kornilov and continuing its Projected passage No. 135. From the south, the auto parts market, the village of Salaryevo, warehouses, cemeteries, Indigo industrial park, and the wholesale and retail center Lotus are adjacent to it.

Mosrentgen village on the map

The settlement is located practically at the borders of Moscow Ring Road, south-west of Old Moscow, and since 2012 is part of the capital. The developed road network and proximity to the metropolis contribute to the growth of the village: if in 2002 10336 people lived here, in 2010 - 16462 (according to the censuses).

If you look from the heights, it can be seen that Mosrentgen has a linear structure: commercial buildings (business parks, trade, logistics) grow along the highways, housing is also developing. New construction goes along the main roads, as well as chord bonds, including promising ones. The village has clear boundaries that run along the Moscow Ring Road, Kaluga and Kiev Highways, Admiral Kornilov Street and Projected Road No. 135.

New Moscow

From 01.07.2012 the settlement of Mosrentgen became part of the newly formed territorial unit of New Moscow, which is an extension of the boundaries of Old Moscow in the Kaluga direction. Here the authorities want to implement a number of ambitious projects designed to relieve the burden from the old Moscow districts. So, it is planned:

  • Build a giant government complex;
  • To create clusters - "points of growth" of new scientific and technical projects;
  • Organize new production facilities, logistics centers, agricultural enterprises;
  • To develop recreational tourism;
  • Build new neighborhoods with modern urban development.

According to the Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the government and the administration will try to develop the territory in such a way that it does not hinder Moscow, but, on the contrary, unloads the metropolitan agglomeration. An ambitious plan is being created - to create a million jobs.

Mosrentgen - a settlement that is destined to become one of the "growth points". Here will be built a social and business center, NAO, an area of 190 hectares with the creation of about 150,000 jobs. Its formation was predetermined by the appearance of a large business park "Rumyantsevo" and the development of the territory around the chord between Kaluga and Kiev Highways, where the number of business objects is actively growing. The first element of the first phase should be the construction of the business center "Komsiti", the first phase of which was commissioned in the third quarter of 2014.

Future

The inhabitants feel Moscow's accession to Moscow not just in words. Already, roads are being reconstructed, modern spacious multi-purpose playgrounds are being built. The plans for the opening of two metro stations. The capital's standard of living gradually comes to a once quiet provincial village.
