MOSFET-transistor. Application of MOSFETs in electronics

MOSFET transistors are often used in the manufacture of microchips. These elements are designed to control the voltage of the circuit. The devices operate on the principle of polarity reversal. To date, many modifications have been released, which differ in the parameter of output resistance, sensitivity and conductivity. By design, they are similar.

In light controllers, transistors with low sensitivity are often used. All this is necessary in order to solve problems with sharp temperature changes. In this case, the negative resistance should not exceed 50 ohms. Capacitors for systems are selected binary type. Many experts do not recommend using duplex adapters.
