• Leukopenia - a decrease in the number of white blood cells;
• Agranulocytosis - a decrease in the number of granulocytes (forms of leukocytes);

Methyluracil is effective in inflammatory processes in the intestines - proctitis, sigmoiditis, colitis and others. It is prescribed to patients with ulcerative bowel and stomach disease. The medicine is irreplaceable in the presence of radiation injuries of the body. It is used in complex therapy for hepatitis and pancreatitis.

To begin with, the suppository should be released from the package - for this purpose, cut it with scissors along the contour of the candle. The extracted preparation must be inserted into the anal passage as deeply as possible. After that, lie down for half an hour - this will ensure complete dissolution and absorption of the drug.

Children aged between three and eight years are recommended not more than half the candle once a day. Teenagers under the age of fifteen can take no more than one suppository. Adults use 1-4 suppositories per day. If necessary, you can increase the dose to two suppositories four times a day. Duration of treatment is different - it weeks to months. But once again it is worth noting that you will receive precise instructions only from a doctor.

These drugs should not be taken in the presence of malignant bone marrow diseases. In no case should it be prescribed if the patient is diagnosed with leukemia with acute or chronic course.
