Isakov Alexander: a crime, a search, detained?

To date, in Russia, a large number of people are on the wanted list. As a rule, these persons are for various reasons hiding from justice. Many are sought for decades, and some are discovered in a few days. Therefore, the Ministry of Internal Affairs regularly publishes in the media a list of wanted criminals and reminds: assistance to such persons to hide can be qualified as assistance to the criminal. On the eve of the crime

In June, the provincial town of Sobinka shocked the monstrous news. On the threshold of one of the bars, a promising football player was murdered. Sobinka is a district of the Vladimir region with a population of less than twenty thousand. Not surprisingly, the report of the murder made a lot of noise.

It all started with information that at three o'clock in the morning a corpse of a football player was found near a local night club. He was in favor of FC Trud. His name was Dmitry Yashukhin. He came to sit in a bar with his friend, and then go to work in Moscow. The girl assured: between her friend and the visitors of the institution there were no conflicts.

Thanks to her assistance, the investigation managed to restore the chronicle of events. At 3:12 Dima approached the guy, they talked about something and left the club. And in a minute he was gone. It was not immediately possible to establish the identity of the murderer. It turned out to be Isakov Alexander Valerevich. His age of 21, a resident of Moscow, was in a club with his girlfriend.

The sequence of events

The investigation was not immediately able to establish what exactly happened on that ill-fated day. The CCTV cameras helped in this. In one of the parked cars the DVR was turned on. The video got on the Internet, but was subsequently removed from the public access.

That night Alexander Isakov was at the club with his girlfriend. It seemed to him that Dmitry Yashukhin was giving her signs of attention, and offered to come out "sorted out." They went outside and went to the left of the main entrance. A verbal skirmish flared around the corner of the building. Dmitry Yashukhin openly withdrew from the conflict and was about to leave, as Alexander Isakov pushed him and inflicted several blows. After I got into the car and left.

Thanks to the video recording, the crime picture was accurately restored. Two young people found out the relationship, after which one of them headed towards the bar. The attacker at this moment sharply beats the victim in the Adam's apple, overturns it and kicks. He does not hesitate to jump on the victim's head. After the girl runs up and calls an ambulance, but she has arrived already to the dead young man. The assassin calmly got into the car and retired.

Alexander Isakov: the search began

Immediately after the person who committed the crime was identified, a search was announced. Unfortunately, he managed to escape. The police formally appealed to the residents of the Vladimir region with a request to help find a criminal. Unfortunately, to date, investigative activities have been unsuccessful.

According to preliminary data, the killer is facing Part 4 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (deliberate infliction of serious harm to health, which caused the death of the victim by negligence). Or 109 clause of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which threatens with two years of imprisonment.

But many still have questions. For example, those who saw the video do not understand why Alexander Isakov is accused of murder by imprudence. Since the preliminary death of Dmitry Yashukhin occurred due to the fall of the body and the blow of the head against a solid object.

Where was the guard?

Friends positively speak about the deceased Dmitry Yashukhin. They say that he was a promising sportsman, a kind and sympathetic person. He never got involved in conflicts, did not argue, and preferred to solve everything peacefully. At the time of his death he was 25 years old, he had the 1st adult category in football, did not suffer from bad habits. At his parents he was the only child.
