How to Tighten the Chest

Millions of women oppose the constant question of how to avoid that the breast does not become sagging over time, unfortunately, it can not be done, because many factors affect the lowering of the breast, the main of which is breastfeeding, a sharp weight loss, and age.

After all, even if a woman after the birth of the baby hires a wet nurse, it's age that will still take its toll. When the desire to again have the ideal form of the breast reaches its apogee, the female representatives decide on the operation, its scientific name - mastopexy, and in the common people - breast lifting. With the help of the operation, you can tighten the chest, restore its elasticity, correct the size and shape. Help you in this clinic of plastic surgery

Mastopexy is performed under general anesthesia, but according to the client's request, it can be performed under local anesthesia.

Before the operation, you will need preparation. First, for this period your body should be completely healthy from colds and other diseases. Secondly, be sure to go through the examination, take tests, fluorography, visit the anesthesia doctor, a more detailed list will be provided by the doctor. All this is better to take place in the plastic surgery clinic where you are going to do the surgery, so that specialists can see a more complete picture of your state of health. Thirdly, you will have to give up bad habits. Smoking and alcohol consumption should be forgotten for 2 weeks before the operation and after it for at least 3 weeks. Be prepared for this, if you ignore these recommendations, later it can lead to poor healing of postoperative sutures. Fourth, it is better to refuse to take various medications, if this is not possible, be sure to discuss this with your doctor.

On the eve of the surgery, you will be placed in a plastic surgery clinic where you will need to undergo a simple training. The essence of mastopexy - the part of the skin is removed, thanks to this, the nipple-areolar complex is raised. Also there is a different technique, the technique of this operation, its choice depends on how much it is necessary to tighten the chest. With a small lowering of the female breast, the incision is made in a semicircle on top of the areola, then the skin is removed, and the chest rises accordingly. Similarly, the incision can take place in a circle, around the areola itself. Further the doctor adjusts special tightening seams, thanks to them just, and there is a lifting. With a more significant omission of the female breast, it is necessary to make a vertical cut around the areola, starting from the nipple and ending under the crease on the chest. It also takes place in surgery, mastopexy resembling the letter "T" in an inverted form, that is, cuts are made around the areola itself, then a vertical incision from the nipple to the pectoral fold, and then another - under the thoracic fold in the horizontal direction. The approximate operation time is 3 hours, it all depends on the complexity.

After the operation, the doctors immediately set up gauze bandages, and on top of them elastic, after a few days the bandages are replaced with a special bra, which must be worn for two months. At the end of the operation, the patient is usually in the clinic for three days, after which she can return home, and after seven days continue to lead her usual lifestyle, except, sports, heavy loads. All seams will be removed only after two weeks.

There are also a number of complications: swelling, bleeding, a feeling of pain in the chest - these complications will go away in a couple of weeks, but the scars and changes in the sensitivity of the nipples - will remain forever. At the same time, you must remember that none of the doctors can give you a guarantee that scarring will be hardly noticeable, keloid scars may form, what result awaits you, you will be able to learn only after the operation.
