How to make an application on the theme "Spring"?

An important part in the development of the child (and even equivalent in importance from the logical component) is creative activity. That's why kids from childhood buy a lot of bright toys, books with pictures, colorings, materials for drawing and modeling. Older children can increase the benefits of creativity by half, combining cogitative work with needlework, thereby, and developing small motor skills. And the best variant of such combination is children's applications on a theme "Spring", "House", "Toys" and so on, the main thing that the task was familiar to the child and extensively for imagination.

The first idea: a birdhouse

Children from a small age get acquainted with the seasons, absorbing the concepts suitable for them and associating certain processes and images with them. Therefore, this theme will be the easiest for the child, even if he is just starting to work with such kind of creativity as applique. And since in this case it is necessary to work with paper, scissors and glue, it is better not to leave your child unattended, but it would be very good to help him. To begin with, to create an application on the theme "Spring", you need to choose the simplest methods. The best option is a simple composition with birds on a tree branch and a birdhouse, made of paper. You can also implement this idea from the fabric to get a three-dimensional application on the theme "Spring", but this is already an assignment for children of much older. To make the child work with paint and creatively in the process of choosing colors, we make colored paper on our own: first we draw everything on the sheet, then we cut out the elements and paint them.

Preparation and process

To create such an application on the theme "Spring", we need a tight paper in A3 format or even A2, brushes (you can replace it with a sponge), watercolors, markers, scissors, pencil and paper for cutting out all elements of the composition. So, we put a sheet on the Whatman paper and draw on it all the details: on the left side there is a tree, on the right side there is a birdhouse on the supports, and in the free space there are six birds in the form of a curved droplet, half-circle wings and leaves. Now spread a newspaper or an oilcloth on the table and paint all the elements to your taste, not forgetting to constantly change the water in the glass to rinse the brush so that the colors do not mix and do not get dirty. Then wait 15-20 minutes until they dry well. To speed up the process, you can use a warm hair dryer or put all the painted items on a well-illuminated windowsill.

Completion

At this time, we also process the paper itself: it is possible to depict the sky and earth on it, that is, divide it horizontally in half and color the upper half in blue, and the lower one in green, or it can be monophonic, in any gentle shade. Again we let the paints dry. Now in turn we glue all the elements onto the prepared substrate, placing the birds and wings on top of them in random order. And to complete our application on the theme "Spring", using a felt-tip pen, we paint the sun and, for example, a cage in empty spaces. And the birds are added from the white paper legs and beak and dorisovyvayem eyes. You can also circle all the elements so that they stand out against the background, and on the sheets, represent the veins. All, the work is complete!

The second idea: the alley

Older children for the development of abstract thought can take the idea more complicated. So, applique, middle group, theme "Spring". You can do it not just from colored paper, but from cuts of old newspapers and magazines of suitable colors. This requires enough time and talent, since it is very important to cut pieces of different sizes and arrange them so that they clearly create an image of trees on the mall. This is quite a difficult job, because it requires increased attention and concentration on the overall vision of the future picture, and so only children with advanced creative thinking can do this application on the theme "Spring". Parents can actively help in this process: cut the journal sheets with them, come up with a general idea for the future picture, because they can also strengthen their relationships with children.

Preparation

To simplify the task, select the sheets of three colors: blue (for the sky), gray or lilac (for the track), and green (for trees). For the last elements of the application, paper of different shades will be needed, and it is better to place all the pieces on the working surface in separate piles corresponding to the palette: darker for trunks and branches, and lighter for leaves. To create an application on the theme "Spring", you need to start to glue the details in the correct order. To simplify this task, using a simple pencil and ruler, we draw the base (whatman) on the part: by stepping 1/5 of the width of the sheet from the bottom side, draw a horizontal line. This is the horizon. Next, we divide it in half, and from the resulting point we draw the divergent arcs, indicating the approximate boundaries of the path.

Create a composition

Now we are depicting the approximate outlines of trees: to create the effect of a diminishing perspective they must be located opposite each other on both sides of the alley, and the thickness of their trunks gradually decrease toward the horizon. So, now cut the magazines: the path and the sky can be made from larger parts, by the way, they are glued first, but for branches and leaves, small pieces and thin (straight and curved) stripes will be needed. In addition to paper green shades, you can use a plain white, with printed text on it, it will dilute the bright composition and make it more interesting. The main rule of creating such an application is to constantly present the general picture, and then everything will be possible.

The third idea: a picture of cloth flaps

A very colorful idea will be an application on the theme "Spring has come," made of bright cloths on a cloth of neutral color. Use this technique can be used to create a wall painting, and to decorate bed linens, bedspreads, towels and even clothing items. As the main idea, you can choose a composition in the form of flowers and birds. To do this, you need to collect different trimming green tissue for the image of stems and leaves, yellow-orange - for the center of flowers, and any other - for the petals. It is not at all necessary to select monochrome rags, on the contrary, the picture will look much more interesting if its elements contain their own small drawings. It can be patterns in the form of lines, stripes, small peas, that is, so that they do not take over the main attention and do not stand out against the general background.

Create an application

To start with the help of chalk on the fabric on the selected shreds, we will depict all the necessary elements: small whole flowers and individual large petals, leaves of different shapes, stems in the form of straight and curved bands. You can also cut out one or two birds in the form of a simple silhouette in the profile with a wing on the side. Now we lay out everything on the panel so that the composition looks finished and harmoniously combines the colors, we trace all the contours of the chalk so as not to forget the arrangement of the elements. Next, you need to sew them all on a typewriter using a seam-zigzag. First of all, we attach stems and leaves, then - petals and whole flowers, and finish all with yellow circles in their center, then iron the picture with steam iron. So, our picture in the technique of application from the flaps is ready!
