As you know, pull-ups are very useful and effective exercise. Tightening, we develop many muscle groups : the muscles of the back, the shoulder muscles, the pectoral muscles. It's all excellent, of course, but what to do to people who never pulled themselves up, whose attempts to pull themselves up ended with nothing, who wants to learn how to learn to pull themselves from scratch? There are several elementary exercises for training endurance and maintaining the form. First, it's push-ups.
