A child who has not reached the age of fourteen is also issued a separate document. How to get a passport for a child and what is needed for this?

1. First, write an application for the issuance of this document. The application is written by one of the legal representatives - the official trustees, adoptive parents or parents. Grandparents, aunts, if they are not guardians and custodians, can not write a statement in lieu of their parents.
2. Secondly, the representative who wrote the application must make a photocopy of his passport and bring the original document.
