If you bought raw shrimp, subjected to deep freeze, then before cooking they must be completely unfrozen. In this case, thawing should be done gradually. First put them in the refrigerator (but not in the freezer), and then hold in the kitchen for a while at room temperature. If you need to quickly cook shrimp, then you can put them in a deep plate with warm water, so they are defrosted more quickly.
