Finished raw cutlets put on a very well heated frying pan, greased with vegetable oil.
We hold the first side on medium heat for 6-7 minutes under the lid. But how many minutes to fry cutlets from one side - a controversial issue, because everything here depends on the thickness of your plate. It should be understood that the above time is the average. Remember that after you put the cutlets on the hot pan, the fire should be reduced to an average. As soon as they are browned, we reduce the fire to a minimum, add a little water. It's time for the cutlets to get to the right condition. Some add seasoning to the water, so that it is tastier and more aromatic, but here already - for an amateur.
