Canned mushrooms, which are now sold in any store, do not fry at all. They should be browned 3-4 minutes or eaten in the form of slicing for sandwiches or a component of a salad. How much to fry mushrooms - depends on the products with which you will combine these mushrooms in a dish: cooking time can last up to forty minutes.

Take the simplest cream sauce with champignons. Mushrooms wash, remove moisture (paper towels or napkins) and cut into slices. To fried onions add mushrooms and fry all 3-4 minutes. Then attach the chopped greens with flour and fry another 1-2 minutes. In this case, you need to add water (and preferably chicken broth) and bring to a boil, then extinguish 2-3 minutes. After the sauce starts to thicken, cream is added and stewed for 2 more minutes. As a result, the mushrooms were roasted for 8-10 minutes, and a wonderful sauce was produced for the bird.

And when frying mushrooms and potatoes, it will take at least 15 minutes to evaporate the excess moisture from the mushrooms.

And how many minutes to fry champignons, if they are purchased in a frozen form? If you heat up the frying pan and butter, the frozen mushrooms are cooked for 5-6 minutes. In this case, it is not necessary to defrost them first - get a sticky substance. When frying, the mushrooms will become soft so they can only salt and pepper to their own taste. Will not prevent small-sliced greens. It is advisable to add lemon juice, so that during cooking the mushrooms are not darkened.
