From minced meat you can prepare a lot of hearty and healthy dishes. Casseroles, meatballs and meatballs are made from it. But especially delicate and tasty are cutlets in breadcrumbs, the recipe of which can be learned from today's article.

Variant with pork

This versatile dish is combined with almost any garnish. Usually it is served with mashed potatoes, pasta, friable long-grain rice or fresh vegetable salad. It is prepared by simple technology from inexpensive and readily available ingredients. In order for each of your households to get an appetizing patty cutlet, check in advance whether you have at hand:

  • 700 grams of pork pulp.
  • A pair of onion bulbs.
  • A few pieces of hardened white bread.
  • A pair of medium raw potatoes.
  • Egg.
  • 100 grams of semolina.
  • Salt, fragrant spices and lean oil.

Process description

The washed and dried pork is cut into large pieces and scrolled through a meat grinder. Similarly, with brushed vegetables and bread soaked in milk. All this is combined in one vessel and a raw egg is added there. The resulting mass of salt, season with spices and mix.

From the finished minced meat, pluck the pieces of the right size and give them the desired shape. Then they roll each cutlet in breadcrumbs from semolina and send it to a heated frying pan. Fry the products for several minutes on both sides.

Variant with beef

In a dish prepared according to the technology described below, a minimum amount of fat is contained. Therefore, it can be considered dietary. Such an appetizing cutlet in breading will certainly please those who count each calorie. To build a delicious and aromatic dinner, pre-store all the necessary ingredients. In this case, you will need:

  • 300 grams of beef tenderloin.
  • 150 milliliters of cow's milk.
  • 200 grams of chicken fillet.
  • Onion bulb.
  • Slice of garlic.
  • 100 grams of white bread.
  • A tablespoon of low-fat sour cream.
  • Salt, any spices, breadcrumbs and refined lean oil.

Sequencing

The washed meat is cut into not very large pieces and twisted into minced meat. In the same way do with onions and milk bread baked in milk. In the resulting mass add crushed garlic, salt and spices. To give a more gentle structure, a tablespoon of lean oil and sour cream are poured into it. All is well mixed until homogeneous.

From the resulting stuffing with wet hands, pluck small pieces, give them the right shape, roll them in breadcrumbs and lay them on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake cutlets in breaded in an oven, warmed to standard temperature. Fifteen minutes later they are turned over and returned another quarter of an hour.

Variant with chicken

This recipe is interesting because potato shavings will be used instead of the usual rusks or traditional mango. Thanks to this, the dish made turns out to be extraordinarily juicy and delicate. To ensure that during a family dinner in each plate with a side dish was a ruddy cutlet in breading, in advance stock up all the necessary products. You will need:

  • A pound of chicken fillet.
  • A couple of cloves of garlic.
  • Onion bulb.
  • A couple of potatoes.
  • 70 grams of a loaf.
  • Salt and refined lean oil.

To give the prepared dish a great juiciness, it is possible to add a little fat or beef fat to the stuffing.

Technology of preparation

Pre-washed and dried chicken fillet grind through a meat grinder along with a peeled onion and a soaked loaf. All this is poured and thoroughly kneaded to a homogeneous state.

From the resulting stuffing with moistened hands, separate the desired pieces and form cutlets. Then roll the chicken cutlets in a breading consisting of raw grated potatoes, and send them to a hot pan, which already has some lean oil. Fry the products for several minutes on each side. Then the frying pan is covered with a lid and juicy and flavored cutlets are lightly steamed. A ready-made dish is ideal for both adults and children's menus. Serve it with almost any garnish. But best of all, these cutlets are combined with a variety of salads, consisting of fresh seasonal vegetables.
