There are many high-quality materials that enable fast and high-quality construction of houses, the cost of which is much lower than that of the brick traditionally used in this role.

One of such materials is a heat block, the testimonials of which clearly show that the owners of the cottages have been completely satisfied with it.

Characteristics

In general, here it is necessary to make a small "lyrical digression", telling about what it is. So, a heating block is called a composite material, the front side of which is represented by ordinary concrete. More often than any delicacy does not differ, but sometimes produce originally painted varieties.

Negative opinion

As it usually happens, there were "rancorous". What are their complaints related to? They say that the laying of the heating units does not ensure proper thermal insulation of the premises. Allegedly, the gaps between them turn out to be too wide, which is why it blows in them.

Here it should be immediately said that the blame for all this disgrace lies solely on themselves! The fact is that only the first (!) Row of heat-block can be laid on the usual cement-sand mixture. All subsequent masonry is performed only (!) On a special glue, and they fill all the vertical seams in the first row.

And further. Any construction from heat-blocks involves the application of sealant or glue, not only on the front side, but also on a layer of foam. Otherwise, you will not reach the normal strength of the masonry!

conclusions

What to say as a result? We will stay somewhere in the middle. Yes, the heat unit, the reviews we reviewed, do refer to rather cheap and high-quality building materials. But if you carry out its laying strictly according to technology, then it will take not one hundred tubes with a sealant to seal the seams , the cost of which is not low.

So the final decision to build is made only for you, based on financial possibilities.
