However, remember that sweet and flour contains carbohydrates, which are quickly absorbed by the body and are just as quickly deposited where we would like least - at the waist and hips, adding extra pounds, which after pregnancy will not be so easy to get rid of .

And finally about the harm of alcohol. It is understandable without words. Although again, not without exception. If you have a good grape wine, especially home-made, then once a month you can pamper yourself with a glass. But not more often, remember.
