First you need to decide on the location where you will have bags. Its size will largely depend on the amount of harvested crops, but even in a small apartment it is quite possible to place several bags. If you have a private house, then under this business it is possible to allocate a free room or even a garage, a barn. It is important to take into account also the following indicators: round-the-clock heating, 8-12 hours lighting and periodic airing. If at least one of these indicators is violated, the strawberry simply does not begin to bear fruit. Just imagine, it will be deprived of natural growth conditions, and if it is not provided in the room, then there is no point in starting all the work.

As already mentioned above, strawberry growing at home is carried out in polyethylene bags. They are made from a welded polyethylene film (2 mm thick), which is best to take a white color. The approximate dimensions of the bag are as follows: diameter - 15-16 cm, height 2-2.2 meters. Ready bags are filled with soil mixed with simple fertilizer. After that, they should be placed on the floor in rows in such a way that for each square meter there were 2-3 bags. If desired, bags can be put in two or even three tiers (depending on the height of the room) on pre-prepared shelves. Growing strawberries in polyethylene bags is as follows: on the surface of each bag in a staggered way, it is necessary to make holes 7 cm long, with the distance between the holes should be about 21-25 cm.

Now you need to think about how you are going to water the plants. If your plantation is small, then you can do it yourself, but if there are a lot of bags, the easiest way is to make an irrigation system, the material for the manufacture of which will be the tubules of droppers. Three tubes are taken and are fed to the lower, upper and middle parts of the bag. The loose ends of the tubes are connected to the distribution pipe, which should be placed above the bags. In a day, the plant should receive a nutrient solution in the following amount: 2 liters per bag.

When everything is ready, it's time to plant the seedlings of strawberries. Make sure that it is healthy, it should not have dry and diseased leaflets. It is best to buy seedlings in the fall, hold it for a couple of months in a cold room (give a little rest), and then land in bags. When the strawberry blossoms, do not forget to remove the pollen (in nature it is done by insects). It is most convenient to do this with a small brush.

As you can see, growing strawberries in polyethylene bags is not such a difficult task. Of course, you still have to work hard, because, as they say, "you can not get a fish out of the pond without difficulty". But imagine that you will succeed, and let not in a year, but after 2, but you will begin to collect just a huge crop in such conditions.
