The generalization of pedagogical experience requires the development of a common evaluation criterion. First of all, it is necessary to identify the signs that show the level of qualification, that is, what is the overcoming of the pedagogical problems and tasks by the educator. Needless to say, the solution of the latter is a less extended category, capable of bringing quick and often momentary victories. It is much more important and much more difficult to state the overcoming of pedagogical problems, such as: the education of cognitive needs and the formation of a motivation for cognition.

Quantitative and qualitative indicators of the educational process:

  1. Social adaptation, education - full and solid knowledge, their generality, the availability of skills and skills for use in new conditions.

4. The generalization of pedagogical experience of the educator requires the definition of the form: the article is a report, or systematized methodological materials.

5. Construction of a basis for conclusions and practical evaluation of experience. Selection of applications: maps, charts, tables, etc.

1. Study of the activity of the educator, supervision over his work, attending classes, recreational activities.

2. Analysis of the quality of knowledge of pupils, general development, the level of upbringing.

3. Conformity of the generalized experience with the evaluation criteria.

5. Generalization of pedagogical experience and its dissemination through open classes, seminars, meetings, organization of visual aids to transfer experience to colleagues.

Documentation: the pedagogical characteristics of the educator, the surname, name, patronymic, education (what, where, when), pedagogy, awards, personality characteristics, briefly on pedagogical successes, public face of a specialist, recommendations for the dissemination of experience. Abstracts and lesson plans, photographic recordings, analysis (excerpts from the visit book), self-study plan, report on the methodological theme.
