FSO - what is it? Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation

At all times, public power, created by humanity, needed constant protection. Because it is not originally ideal in its essence. 9th KGB Directorate

The Federal Guard Service, in fact, was formed from the once existing 9th Department of the USSR State Security Committee. This famous structure was a kind of "shield" that protected the state and the communist system against any encroachments at virtually all possible levels. This department was formed in 1954. By this time, the Communist Party reached its peak in the state, which led to the need to protect its most prominent figures. Further history of the department

After the collapse of the Soviet Union, it was decided to establish a similar executive body. In fact, his tasks have not changed much. The main goal was the physical protection of state leaders. One of the key tasks of the Main Directorate of Security was the security of the president, and starting in 1992 - the provision of special communication. In 1996, the said service is disbanded, and FSO is created on its basis. What is it - it became clear by the end of the year. FSO - what is it?

This is a special executive body in the Russian Federation. By type, the Federal Security Service is a special service, whose functions include ensuring the protection of the country's leadership, as well as providing them with special communication. Upon completion of training, cadets are awarded the military rank of lieutenant.
