In addition, a person must have the skills of self-control and self-organization, be responsible. But the effectiveness of the use of this tool depends heavily on the leader, whose thinking should be flexible. Its duty is to set the task correctly and accurately, since it will not be possible to control the process of its implementation, but it will see only the final result.

Also, all legal issues must be resolved. With this mode of operation, it is necessary to clearly define the time limits for rest and labor. After all, one must not forget that the boss, apart from the rights, has responsibilities and responsibility for the employee - especially in situations involving the violation of labor protection. For this, in addition to describing all the features of such work in local acts and contracts, it is necessary to establish a time-keeping account.
