"Flagship" salad. Several cooking options

Of course, the population has favorite snacks. Salad "Flagman" is among the ten most popular in the festive menu. This is because it is delicious, syten, looks great on the table, and in addition, the ingredients can vary from quite budget to super-expensive. Characteristic features of this salad is the presence of fish (or seafood) and layered arrangement of components.

"Flagship" salad with red fish

In this recipe, it is recommended to use smoked red fish - salmon or salmon. 200 g of this product will need 2 tomatoes, 3 eggs, cheese - 100 g, mayonnaise, green onions and grains of ripe pomegranate for decoration.

Welded cool eggs cleaned, divided into squirrels and yolks. The latter grate finely on grater, and cheese and proteins - on a large (and each product must be rubbed separately and added to an individual capacity). Cut the fish into small thin slices, washed tomatoes - cubes of small size. Prepared products lay out layers on a dish, spreading each with mayonnaise. Do not lubricate the top layer with mayonnaise, instead decorate with finely chopped green onions, pomegranate seeds or tomatoes. Before eating, the "Flagship" salad should stand for an hour and a half, so that all the ingredients are well soaked.

Alternative recipe

The set of products for this option is identical to the previous one, but instead of smoked fish, a can of pickled pink salmon is taken, and when decorating a salad, not pomegranate seeds are used, but olives without pits.

The fish should be cleaned from the skin and bones and kneaded with a fork until a more or less uniform state, the rest of the products are prepared for introduction into the salad in a manner similar to the previous recipe. The layers are laid and greased entirely in the same way as described earlier, only as an ornament used whole or cut by olive rings. In principle, this variation of the salad is cheaper both the previous one and the following recipes.

In this case, 200 grams of slightly salted red fish and peeled shrimps, 2 eggs, 4 tomatoes, 150 grams of hard cheese and greens are required. Cut the fish and tomatoes into small cubes. Separated from protein yolks rubbed on a fine grater, cheese and squirrels - on a large, shrimp used whole.
The order of the location of the products is standard: fish, yolks, then tomatoes, cheese, at the end of the squirrel. All the layers (except for the latter) may be greased with mayonnaise, on top of the "Flagship" salad, decorate with finely chopped greens and shrimps.

Seafood option

But how to prepare a salad "Flagman" without fish at all: 400 grams of shrimp and 100 g of crab sticks, egg, pickled gherkins, half-canned olives, lemon juice, mayonnaise, soy sauce.

Welded in shrimp salted shrimps and finely chopped, and crab sticks, gherkins (pieces of 6-7) and chopped peeled egg chopped in small cubes, olives chopped ringlets.
