The Soviet period

Famous artists of St. Petersburg of the 20th century continued the traditions of the pre-revolutionary school, but at the same time brought a lot of new to the development of Russian painting. Known is the work of N. Timkov, a Soviet painter, who worked primarily in the genre of landscape.
