The famous way of brewing "in Russian" for helba is not like. This tea must be cooked properly. Hard seeds with a simple brewing boiling water will not give up their color, taste and aroma. Therefore, they need to cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. Seeds during cooking begin to spin and gradually open, giving the water a fragrance and color. Depending on what strength of the tea you want to get, the number of seeds is taken. On average, a cup of drink requires 1-1.5 spoons.

The main disadvantage of the drink is that after its consumption, sweat acquires a wormwood smell. But this is a temporary effect that quickly passes. In extreme cases, you can always take a shower.
