Driving without rights is an expensive pleasure

Every year the number of cars on our roads is growing at a frantic pace. It is understandable, the car has long been not a luxury item. In the present conditions of constant lack of time and eternal haste, a personal machine, sometimes, is necessary as air. And for some, the car is the only source of income.

However, as the number of cars increases, so does the number of accidents. Every year, on Russian roads, the number of people dying is equal to the population of a rather large city. Therefore, there is a systematic tightening of penalties for drivers who neglect the rules of safe driving.

However, Russian laws exist to violate them. For example, most of our teenagers had time to sit behind the wheel of a car long before obtaining a driver's license. And many drivers are not at all embarrassed by the fact that they are deprived of the right to drive vehicles for various violations. They continue to travel on the roads without any documents.

According to Russian legislation, driving without a driver's license is possible only in a training car and only in the presence of an instructor. In all other cases, driving without rights will inevitably be followed by punishment.

So, we'll figure out who is basically sitting behind the wheel without a driver's license. Firstly, they are young men and women who have not yet received the right, but they really want to learn how to ride. And what kind of theory can there be without practice?

And it's good even if this "training ride" will do without consequences, because in an extreme situation the novice driver is simply lost and will not have time to react. And now about the punishment: according to the latest amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses, when detaining such a rider he faces a fine for driving without rights (varies from 5,000 to 15,000 rubles). A fine of 30,000 rubles is imposed on the owner of the car for the transfer of the vehicle to a person who knowingly does not have a driver's license. Total - minus 35-50 thousand rubles. A car - on the parking lot.

The next category of people practicing driving without rights is before they were deprived of their drivers. In this case, the penalty for driving without rights will also be severe - a fine of 30 thousand rubles with the withdrawal of the vehicle.

Even more severe sanctions for driving without rights to those drivers who were previously deprived of a document for driving cars in a state of alcohol or drug intoxication. They face a fine of 50,000 rubles. And arrest for 15 days or, as an alternative to arrest, compulsory work for the benefit of the state.

If the driver driving a car without rights provoked an accident, as a result of which people were injured or killed, then articles of the Criminal Code will be applied to him, as well as deprivation of rights (most likely, forever).

It should be remembered that driving without rights is not only illegal (in fact your actions pose a threat to the life and health of others), but it also "hits hard" (fines have increased more than 10 times in comparison with the previous year). Therefore, before you get behind the wheel without the rights or in a state of intoxication, many times think about whether such a dubious pleasure is worth the money losses and problems that it entails.
