Driver card - what is it? Why is it needed, where and how to get it?

One of the innovations in the work of owners of commercial vehicles is the driver card. What is it and what is its necessity? It is useful to know all the drivers, because without it, work on freight and passenger transport is impossible. The driver card is an attribute of another mandatory automotive equipment - tachograph.

What is a tachograph?

The tachograph is a device that captures the speed mode, the average speed of the driver and the period of operation. This allows you to prevent violations of traffic rules, as well as normalize the work and rest time. 3. An international reference map when working with a European tachograph (AETR map).
