"Fours" - jump on an elastic band so that one leg is on one "half", and the second - on the other. After that, you need to jump and change your legs. Now we jump so that we turn around in the opposite direction and hit the gum in the same way. Again in the jump to change the position of the legs and jump off.

"Pyaterochka" - the left leg under the first elastic band, the right one on it. We make a jump so that the second half of the rubber band is under the right foot, and the left one comes from above. Should get a sort of bow, from which now one jump must jump out.

"Nines" - the right leg is on the outside, the left one is between the rubber bands. In the jump, you need to make a 180-degree turn, and move the right leg with the half-hook caught behind it for the second half of the rubber band. From the resulting loops to jump out, stepping on both gums.

"Dozens" - ten times without stopping you need to jump into the center between the elastic bands, popping up to the right, then to the left.

Of course, there are a lot of exercises and ways to jump into "Rubber". And they are all done at different heights. As soon as the "Tens" are successfully passed, the elastic band rises higher, so the exercise is automatically complicated.
