Deep back muscles

Muscles of the back are one of the most important in the human corset. The rhomboid muscles are divided into large and small. The former are located between the scapulae, while the latter are slightly higher. The oblique muscles of the back are represented by a transverse-awned muscle. It consists of a number of muscle beams. Each of them forms separate muscles: rotators, semi-divided and multi-partitioned.

Muscles of the back play important roles in the work of the whole organism. Develop them, strengthen and then you will not experience unpleasant pain in the back and lower back. Do not forget that the work of many organs depends on the correct posture. After all, any curvature in the spine affects the body as a whole, and it can work properly only at the expense of muscles.
