In order to make a beautiful and unusual suspended pot-parrot on its garden plot, or as it is also called a toucan, it is enough to have one old tire. There is another little secret here - to make hand-made articles of tires with your own hands is best in windy weather. The thing is that the rubber is very smoky and very unpleasant smells.
