  • Attestation of company employees - availability of necessary permits (for example, a building maintenance worker has an admission to maintenance of electrical networks);
  • Specification of services with the cost of each item.

Based on the results of consideration of applications, the administration of the building chooses the company that offered the optimal ratio of price-quality parameters, and concludes a contract with it for the provision of services.

Standard contract for maintenance of buildings

The contract for the maintenance of buildings is to optimize the work of the company-customer for the main activity.

The meaning of the concluded maintenance contract consists in transferring the functions of the third-party company for maintenance of existing equipment, setting up new machines and mechanisms, repairing the buildings and structures of the customer's enterprise.

4. Carrying out repairs within the terms provided by the contract, adjusting the cost of repairs, while observing high standards of repair work.
5. Improvement of repair production, effective use of new technologies for servicing the customer company.
6. Accounting for primary documents and reporting on repair and production activities, work on certification, which is held by each worker for maintenance of buildings.
7. Carrying out work on planning the technical development of production and equipment modernization, investigating the causes of increased wear and tear, equipment accidents and industrial injuries.

The order of reception of the executed works

Technical support for the process of providing services is monitored through reports regularly provided at the end of the reporting period. As a result of the work, an act on rendering the performed services is prepared, which is a confirmation of the work performed. If the administration of the office agrees with the act, the document is signed and conducted for accounting, and the company-provider of services transfers money.

Separate items in this contract should be:

  • Mandatory determination of liability for untimely or substandard services;
  • For insurance of workers against accidents;
  • For compensation of damage to third parties.

The contract was to be understood and agreed upon by both parties to the transaction.
