Climatic performance. GOST: climatic performance. Type of climatic performance

Modern manufacturers of machines, instruments and other electrical products are obliged to adhere to a sufficiently large number of various normative documents. Consequently, the proposed goods will meet both the requirements of the buyer, and the requirements of the bodies that carry out quality control. One of these conditions is climatic performance.

Terminology

An introduction to each question must begin with a study of the definitions used. Therefore, first, let's try to give the most understandable wording. So, climatic performance is a system of categories that includes the conditions for the normal operation, transportation and storage of technical products with respect to the macroclimatic zoning of the surface of the globe. In other words, this term defines in what conditions it is possible to operate this or that electrical installation. In turn, the link to the areas allows you to take into account the various climatic factors of the external environment.

Normative documents

Such a system is certified by the current legislation and is in GOST 15150 "Climatic execution". This standard applies to all types and types of instruments, machines and other technical products. All the requirements of the above document are mandatory. Exceptions are only conditions marked as "recommended" or "allowed." Like any other, GOST "Climatic execution" lists the areas of application of the normative documentation in question. Let's consider some of them.

1. This standard applies to both the design and the manufacture of technical products. In addition, its compliance is mandatory in the formulation of tasks for the development and subsequent modernization, the creation of standards.

2. The climatic performance of each product, as well as other technical parameters, should be kept within the established values.

3. The products produced by the manufacturers are intended for storage, operation and transportation in the ranges of values of the factors considered. In exceptional cases, technical conditions may contain a list of tolerances in the process of operation deviations.

4. In accordance with the technical and economic feasibility it is recommended to produce technical products suitable for operation in several macro-regions.

Type of climatic performance

To date, there are several categories that are based on the division of territories with similar environmental conditions. As a rule, the designation of a group is carried out with the help of the appropriate lettering. Let's consider the description of each category in more detail.

Marking U

In the Latin version is designated by the letter "N". Such a climate version is used for territories characterized by moderate environmental conditions. In addition, it should be remembered that technical products marked in this manner can be operated in a warm, humid, hot dry, and very hot dry macro-climatic region in which the average value for the annual absolute maximum air temperature is above 40 degrees Celsius, and The moisture content is equal to 80 percent or more. At the same time, these characteristics should be observed for more than 12 hours every 24 hours during a two-month continuous period. In turn, the temperate climate has the following characteristics of atmospheric air: the annual absolute maximum of temperature does not exceed forty degrees Celsius. From the above, it can be concluded that the climatic modification of U has the following temperature range: from -45 0 С to +40 0 С.

Marking CL

In the Latin version is designated by the letter "F". A similar group is characterized by colder climates. The average value of the annual absolute minimum temperature is -45 degrees Celsius. Electrotechnical equipment with a similar type of marking is calculated for operation within the following limits: -60 0 С - +40 0 С.

UHL marking

In the Latin version is designated by the letters "NF". GOST "Climatic execution" refers to this category of areas that have moderate and cold environmental conditions. The range of temperatures for normal operation of products with a similar labeling has limits similar to those of the previous group. In addition, the products produced with this category can be used in the same cases as the goods of the group U. For example, in a hot and very hot dry climate, subject to the conditions described above.

TV labeling

In the Latin version, the letter designation "TN". Such a climatic modification is characterized by the exploitation of technical products in the humid tropical environment. Atmospheric air has the following parameters: temperature more than 20 degrees Celsius, humidity more than 80 percent. A special condition is to keep the above requirements for more than 12 hours every day for two months continuously. Limits of operating temperatures of normal operation are +1 - +40 0 С.

Marking of the vehicle

In the Latin version is denoted by the letters "TA". Despite the similarity in the title with the previous category, this group has many differences. The average value of the annual absolute maximum temperature is +40 degrees Celsius. The range of such values ranges from -10 to +50 0 С.

Marking T

In the Latin version is designated by the letter "T". Technical products marked with this labeling are capable of performing normal operations in a tropical climate.

Marking About

In the Latin version is designated by the letter "U" and is a general climatic version. Products characterized in this manner can be operated in all macro-climate regions of the land, with the exception of very cold environmental conditions. The temperature limits range from -60 0 С to +50 0 С.

Marking M

In the Latin version is also denoted by the letter "M". This category includes electrical products that are designed for normal operation in macro-climatic regions in a moderately cold marine environment.

Marking of TM

In the Latin version, it is denoted by the letters "MT" and includes territories characterized by tropical marine atmospheric air conditions. This category includes technical products intended for operation on coasting vessels or any other, used only in the redistribution of these areas.

Marking of OM

In the Latin version, the letter designation "MU". The presented group unites machines, devices and other products, the normal operation of which will be carried out in regions with both tropical and moderately cold climates. Thus, to the category under consideration it is possible to include various vessels with unlimited areas of navigation.

Marking B

In the Latin version is designated by the letter "W". This group is quite specific, since it includes electrotechnical products intended for general use, both on land and on water. Such a performance is called climatic. Feature is the impossibility of application only in areas characterized by very cold environmental conditions. The operating temperature ranges from -60 to +50 degrees Celsius.

Placements

At present, electrical products are marked in a special way (the climatic performance and the category of accommodation are indicated). In this regard, the marking is a combination of alphabetic and numeric designations. This allows customers to see immediately whether the device is suitable for them or not.

Category 1

Technical products marked in this manner are designed for operation in open air. Consequently, they are exposed to the whole set of atmospheric factors. For example, climatic performance V1.

Category 2

It assumes normal operation of the equipment under a canopy or in rooms subject to fluctuations in the values of atmospheric air parameters in almost the same degree as open space. For example, it can be tents, trailers, bodies.

Category 3

This group includes technical products that must be used only in enclosed spaces. At the same time, the latter should have the following features: natural ventilation, absence of artificial environmental conditions regulators; The impact of dust and sand is much less than in the open air. Climatic performance of U3 can be used in rooms with thermal insulation, made of metal, wood, concrete and other materials. Such objects can be classified as irregularly heated. Thus, the climatic performance of U3 implies no precipitation, direct sunlight, a significant reduction in the effects of wind and moisture.

Category 4

Equipment belonging to this group can be used in rooms characterized by artificial regulation of environmental parameters, well-ventilated underground structures. Implied the absence of direct solar radiation, wind, moisture, sand.

Category 5

Such technical products can be operated in rooms with high humidity. For example, in underground rooms, in soil, and also on ships.
