Well, firstly, milk softens the taste of the drink, removing excess bitterness and astringency, and secondly, it also reduces the harmful effect on the heart. You will feel a surge of vivacity, but it will not be accompanied by a rapid pulse and excessive sweating.

Now we will talk about how to brew chifir on milk. 500 ml of milk are poured into a coffee pot or in a small saucepan. Milk heated and poured into a hot liquid 3-5 tablespoons of tea leaves.
