  2. Milk, ginger, cardamom, carrot, cream, cinnamon, cloves mix in a saucepan and put on a plate.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, close the lid and leave for 15 minutes for tincture.
