Carpenter and carpenter. What is the difference?

Many uninitiated people have no idea of the existing differences between carpenter and carpenter, confuse one concept with another. After all, they both deal with wood. Carpenters are woodworkers, carpenters also work with wood.

One of the differences is that a carpenter who processes a tree in some mechanical way does not bother himself with those kinds of operations that relate to the artistic component. Expressed in simple language, the carpenter, with the help of a limited set of simple instruments - an ax, a hacksaw and a hammer - performs only that part of the work that can be called coarse.

Another thing - the carpenter. Hand tools in this case are represented by a wider range. In addition, the carpenter has a woodworking machine at its disposal, which makes it possible to perform not only fine but also precise work that is required for decorative processing, stylish interior decoration of the room and even the creation of aircraft models. In a word, the carpenter's craft in its content is much closer to the profession of a creative character - the artist-designer or designer.

Secondly, the profession of the joiner is diverse, versatile. If necessary, he can cut the thread on a metal part or assemble a steel structure. Despite the fact that such operations are not included in the carpenter's tasks, his golden hands are not replaced when building a wooden house.

Another valued carpenter-concrete. This is a master who works flawlessly not only with wood, but also with concrete.
