Cake without baking "Bird's milk" is a confectionery product, produced in the form of sweets or cake with a more delicate creamy texture. For the first time this sweetness was invented and started to be manufactured in the sixties of the last century in Poland. The Minister who had tried the food from there, gave the order to invent something similar in the Soviet Union, which was done by the technologists of the city of Vladivostok.

As a result of cooking using technology, the cake "Bird's Milk" was produced without baking. Jelly cake was made with agar-agar - a jelly-forming substance, which is obtained by processing a special kind of algae. The first lots were very small, and then the government set a six-tonne standard for each confectionery. In addition, it was the cake "Bird's Milk" that was the first product to which a patent was issued.

A young sixteen year old boy was so carried away by creating a unique recipe for dessert that he spent about six months working on it. To prepare the cake "Bird's Milk" will need simple ingredients:

  • Butter - 0.35 kg;
  • Sugar - 0,6 kg;
  • Flour - 150 g;
  • Egg - 4 pieces (2 whole and 2 squirrels);
  • Citric acid - 1/2 teaspoonful;
  • Agar-agar-10 g;
  • Condensed milk - 120 grams
  • Vanillin - pinch
  • Chocolate bar -1 pc.
  • Water - 160 ml.

Preparation of the dough

In a split form, first put a circle of baking paper, and on it a baked cake. Next layer you need to put half cooked souffle. Next comes another cake and again the second half of the souffle. Align the surface with a spatula and leave in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours until it is completely solidified.

After the souffle has hardened, pour the cake with a frosting mixture of chocolate and butter, if desired, apply a pattern. Take the cake out of the mold.

How to make a cake without baking "Bird Milk", it is up to the hostess to decide - it can be polished with a mirror glaze with the addition of chocolate or decorated with cream roses and meringues. You can also decorate the cake with fresh berries.
