Brotherly organized crime group: photo, composition. Leader of the "Bratsk" group Vladimir Tyurin

Today many people know him as a big patron and successful businessman who has his interests in banking, energy and heavy industry. And a quarter of a century ago this man, in certain circles called "Tyurik", was in charge of one of the largest organized criminal groups in Siberia. And in a criminal environment, Vladimir Tyurin was in the first positions, because he was part of the inner circle of the famous authority of Dad Hassan. The brotherly organized crime group, like most criminal structures, appeared in the era of the dashing 90s. Vladimir Tyurin turned it into a powerful and influential organization.

Excursion to the history

The brotherly organized crime group was finally formed in the era of the birth of cooperation. Its members traded in the fact that obkladyvali novice merchants, eliminated by order of undesirable competitors and supervised the drug trade. However, they had competitors in the face of Caucasian groups, so disassembly for spheres of influence should have come sooner or later.

And they happened in the summer of 1991. The reason for them was the elimination of the ringleader of "brotherly" nicknamed "Masha", who died as a result of an explosion of an anti-tank grenade. After that, the wards of the murdered authority, already under the leadership of another person, decided to put an end to the Caucasians in the region once and for all. They declared war "alien", and after some time in the city there was not a single gang of Caucasians. The brotherly organized crime group needed a reliable leader who could deal with serious cases in the interests of the criminal structure and take steps to increase its authority among thieves in law. And that was soon found. The successor of the murdered Masi was Vladimir Tyurin.

Representative of the new formation of thieves

If you carefully analyze the initial stage of the biography of Tyurik (date and place of birth on November 25, 1958, the city of Bratsk), then one can come to the conclusion that in the future the gang leader had two principles. On the one hand, he was an obedient and versatile teenager who graduated from school with a gold medal. In his youth Vladimir Tyurin was fond of chess and showed interest in bodybuilding. After receiving a certificate of maturity, the young man entered the St. Petersburg Polytech at the Faculty of Economics.

It seemed that he had every chance to make a brilliant career in the chosen profession. But, as it turned out, the boy had inclinations of a criminal nature. Already at the age of 15 he was found guilty of group rape. In 1980 Tyurin was convicted on the fact of his participation in the burglary. At the age of 30 he landed in jail for involving minors in illegal activities. So Vladimir Tyurin ("Brotherly" OPG) knew about the "thieves' world" not by hearsay.

At the head of the gang

In 1993 Tyurik became a crowned thief. The initiator of this ceremony was Vyacheslav Ivankov himself (Yaponchik). Last it was decided that the Bratsk OPG will find a new leader in the person of Vladimir Tyurin. The leader had to destroy all those guilty of Masi's murder, expel Georgian authorities from the region and "bend under him" most of the business of the Irkutsk region. And Tyurin ("Bratsk" OPG) fully justified the hopes placed on him. He dealt with the abusers and began to expand the sphere of influence on the business of the Irkutsk region. They steadily received a percentage of local entrepreneurs and gradually covered in the region all the major enterprises of the oil and timber processing industry.

The "Bratsk" OPG, whose composition included mostly ambitious young people from 16 to 30 years old, gradually grew liaised in the state structures of the region. Through bribery, cases were decided of not bringing to trial those persons who were Tyurik's charges. Naturally, after a while the brotherly organized crime group turned into a powerful and influential structure, which deducted substantial money from the thieving "obshchak". The authority of Tyurik also grew significantly.

The geography of the criminal activities of the group headed by Tyurin began to go beyond the boundaries of the native region. Bandits began to turn things around in Krasnoyarsk, Khabarovsk Krai and Primorye. But a special interest Tyurin (brotherly organized crime group) showed to the St. Petersburg market. However, at first he did not suspect that his competitor would be jealous of his unexpected and early success.

A series of unsuccessful attempts

The authority of Igor Lysenko, nicknamed "Basel" did not at first like that some Türik had been crowned for thieves for nothing. He wondered why the ordinary "baryga" was awarded such a high title in the criminal world. Lysenko also did not want large industrial enterprises of the Irkutsk region to be controlled by Tyurik. He chose to solve the problem in a fundamental way ...

Attempt # 1

The very next day after the coronation, Basel sent two "scumbags" to Vladimir's apartment, which were supposed to liquidate the "fraternal" leader.

But the killers simply "missed" the victim: they went into the entrance of the house, they by elementary negligence missed passing the head of the "Brotherly" OPG, who, having descended the stairs, quietly went out into the street. As a result, the attempt to eliminate was fiasco.

Attempt # 2

After that, the annoyed Basel personally gave the performers a revolver and ordered the case to be brought to an end. He promised to give a solid reward to whoever does it. Following the house of the victim, surveillance was established. The scheme of the second assassination attempt was straightforward: when Tyurin would get into the car, the killer, disguised as a law enforcement officer, would level with the vehicle and shoot at Tyurik. But this time the head of the "Bratsk" OPG did not suffer: his sixth sense he suspected something was amiss and, when he heard the roar of the approaching motorcycle, sharply "gave gas" ...

Attempt # 3

After some time the thugs Basel made another attempt to eliminate. This time, the killers intended to deal with the victim in his own apartment. At the same time, the performers agreed that if Tyurin was not in the apartment, they would wait for him at any cost. When they approached the house, they saw that Vladimir's car was in the yard. The thugs feared that the head of the brotherly organized crime group could not be in the apartment alone. One of the killers was hiding in the entrance, and another hurried to the telephone booth to call for help. But unexpectedly out of his home came Tyurin, accompanied by a lady, and the couple in a matter of seconds was in the car.

Killer explained later that he was just too late with the shot. Then the killer decided to throw a grenade, but again there was a failure. The projectile "ricocheted" from the vehicle, flying off to the side. Only the killer was injured, and Tyurik and his companion remained unscathed, as they were able to drive away from the scene of the accident to a safe distance in a flash. Anyway, but during an interrogation with the investigator, the head of the brotherly organized crime group, Vladimir Tyurin, refused to consider himself a victim and stated that he had no claims to anyone.

Attempt # 4

But there was also the fourth attempt to liquidate the leader of the authoritative gang. The environment of Basel has become known that in one of the city's basins a gathering of criminal authorities is planned, at which Vladimir Tyurin will be present.

Igor Lysenko ordered the foreman to lay an explosive device directly near the road, along which lay the path to the basin. The killers had to wait for Tyurik's car and, when he crossed the controlled section of the road, press the trigger. But this time there was a flash. The leader of the "fraternal" again trusted his intuition: he preferred to go to the meeting by another road, and returned back on another car. Basel did not commit more attacks on the life of the crowned thief, and Tyurik himself began to ride with security for his own safety.

Initially, he could not imagine who wanted his death so much. And the investigator revealed this secret to him.

Decoupling

Suddenly, the brigadier Basel, who was directly hunting for Vladimir Tyurin, disappeared from the city. Left the limits of Bratsk and Igor Lysenko. As it later turned out, the customer of the crime fled to St. Petersburg, where, after a criminal showdown, he was in a medical facility, since he was injured with firearms. After some time, Basel was killed in the same northern capital. And the immediate perpetrators of the crime, which consisted of Igor Lysenko's group, were brought to justice shortly before the murder of their leader. Noteworthy is the fact that they all tried to convince the representative of Themis that they did not even have an idea to attempt the life of an authoritative thief in law.

The leader of the brotherly OPG, Vladimir Tyurin, was absent from the trial, but from the written sources available in the court's arsenal it followed that he had no claims to the victims. At the same time, there were rumors in the criminal circles that it was Japonchik's protege who made Basel's wards appear in the dock.

New Horizons

After the main "controller" of all business in the Irkutsk region was the "Bratsk" OPG, Tyurik began to think about the conquest of St. Petersburg and Moscow. Originally in the northern capital, they "protected" small businessmen, avoiding fights with large criminal communities. But after some time, participating in constant civil strife, St. Petersburg gangs seriously weakened, and the situation decided to use "fraternal". "Siberians" began to engage in larger businesses.

Tyurik established a channel for transporting Irkutsk aluminum and timber through the city on the Neva to the Baltic countries. Soon the "Bratsk" OPG, whose members' photos reached the media in the late 1990s due to the arrest of the gang, decided to wedge into the pharmaceutical and fuel business. Tyurik did not spare money to bribe high-ranking officials and representatives of the "power" departments. Soon the leader of the "fraternal" became an influential figure in St. Petersburg and Moscow. Vladimir Tyurin turned into a big entrepreneur and decided to withdraw from the shadow business.

Abroad

In the second half of the 90s, the crowned thief in law, in order to protect himself from potential arrests, decides to leave the Motherland and, together with his first wife and son, moves to live in Benedorm (Spain). But, while abroad, he continues to maintain ties with the criminal world. In particular, he closely communicates with the authority of Zachary Kalashov, who in certain circles is known as "Shakro the Young."

In 2003 Tyurik attends a large gathering of thieves, which was organized in Spain. It was on it that the authorities decided to create a corporation that would launder and legalize the money received by criminal means in Russia. Initially, the business of thieves, as they say, went uphill, but then the law enforcement bodies of Spain suspected something was amiss. The scale operation "Wasp" thundered like a bolt from the blue. They arrested financial accounts, luxurious villas, debt receipts were withdrawn ... And this time fortune favors Vladimir Tyurin. Before the Spanish police began to conduct operational and investigative measures, the head of the organized crime group Bratskaya left for Russia.

Extradition did not take place

Detectives of the kingdom declare it on the international wanted list and require that the thief-in-law be extradited to Spain. But here Tyurik was lucky too. Lawyers of authority appealed to the court of the city of Bratsk to prove that their principal is a Russian citizen. As proof they presented a document proving the identity issued by the Republic of Kazakhstan. The court ruled against the extradition of the leader of the "fraternal", automatically prolonging Tyurin's term of imprisonment. However, further proceedings did not clarify the fate of the gangster leader. Judges continued to increase his arrest until the thief had a health-threatening attack of hypertension. After that, he was given an alternative preventive measure - house arrest.

In the winter of 2012, lawyers obtained through the court that Vladimir Tyurin was formally recognized as a Russian citizen, so the ban on extradition to a foreign state came into effect. And in his homeland, he was not a figurant of criminal cases, so no prison threatened him.
