Bill Ward is a drummer from Britain. Also is the author of songs. Best known as a member of the Black Sabbath group. He was born in Aston, in Birmingham, in 1948, on May 5.
Creation
Bill Ward in 1968 played in a team called Mythology. Together with him played guitarist Tony Iommi. In 1968, the musicians, together with vocalist Ozzy Osbourne and bassist Gieser Butler, created the band The Polka Tulk Blues Band. First it was renamed Earth. And in 1969 was named Black Sabbath. Our hero participated in the team until 1980. He left the band during the tour in support of Heaven and Hell. At the heart of this decision were personal reasons. In 1988, our hero performed in the Blue Thunder band with guitarist Walter Trout and bass player Tim Bogert.
