AS Pushkin, "Towards Chaadayev" - the topic of today's article. The poem was written in 1818. The person to whom the message was addressed was one of the poet's closest friends. Pushkin met P. Ya. Chaadayev during his stay in Tsarskoe Selo. In Petersburg their friendship did not stop. In 1821, Chaadaev became a member of the "Union of Welfare" (secret society of the Decembrists). But soon he nevertheless left freedom-loving ideals of young years. "To Chaadaev" is a call to a comrade to dedicate his entire life to such a sacred cause as the liberation of the Motherland from autocracy.
