Lucas Bilya is a footballer who started showing himself in his homeland before moving to Europe. In just one year in "Independiente" he played 49 games, which attracted the attention of European clubs. Usually, South American players attracted Europeans with their technical skills, but Bill was the supporting midfielder, who perfectly operated on the defensive. Just this player and needed the Belgian "Anderlecht", who paid in 2006 three million euros for Argentine talent.

National team appearances

For the national team of Argentina, Billa played 47 matches, in which he scored one goal and gave two assists. He debuted not so long ago - in February 2011, in a match against the Portuguese national team. Together with the team, he went to the America's Cup in 2011, where he entered the field in two matches. At the World Cup in 2014, where Argentina reached the final, in the first four games, Bill went out only as a substitute - but in the last three was the player of the base. He also took part in the America's Cup of 2015 and 2016, where the Argentines lost two finals to the Chileans.
