Vladimir Kuzmichev is a former Russian football player who died in a car crash in 2016. During his career, he played in the position of the striker. Kuzmichev Vladimir has changed a lot of clubs, not one of them has stayed for long.

Kuzmichev Vladimir was born on July 28, 1979 in the USSR, in the city of Moscow. It was there that he began to attend the school of one of the most prestigious clubs at the time - Spartacus. Already in 1996, when he was seventeen years old, Kuzmichev began to appear in the club's double, but even after a year's professional contract, the situation did not change. The striker tried his best to break into the first team, but he did not succeed. As a result, until 1999, Vladimir was a player of the double "Spartacus", played for him 89 matches and scored 16 goals, after which he decided to leave the club. So Kuzmichev Vladimir began his journey to various Russian clubs, once even glancing at Ukraine.

Club career

Vladimir Kuzmichev, a footballer who was never a star, was not considered a nation's hope, but at the same time he acted confidently at his level. In 2000, he played for the first time in the Higher League of Russia, as he moved from Spartak to Chernomorets. There he also played first for a double, but not for long - after three matches he was transferred to the main team, where he entered the field 22 times, having scored 4 goals. Then it was noticed by Dynamo Kiev, and in the winter of 2001 the guy was in Ukraine. But there he played only the ending of the season, having recorded 11 matches and two goals on his account.

Kuzmichev did not manage to join the team and returned to Russia in the summer, where he was signed by CSKA. But there he practically did not go on the field - 14 times a year he entered the game, but almost all the time spent on the bench. In 2002, he was leased to Moscow's Torpedo, where he scored just one goal in 16 games. The following year, he was sent to rent in Nalchik "Spartak", only this time for two seasons. There he spent 73 matches - it was the longest series of footballer's games in his career. Scoring seven goals, the striker returned to CSKA, but only in order to again go on lease - in "Anji". There he played 18 matches, scored 4 goals - and, finally, in 2006 was sold to "Kuban".

For the new club Vladimir played 41 matches and scored 7 goals. But here he did not stay too long - in 2008 Kuzmichev moved to the "Terek", where he went on the field 24 times and scored five goals, and in 2009 he was already in "Saturn". There he played 39 matches, scoring five goals. In 2011, another club change took place - this time the football player was in Bryansk "Dynamo", where he also did not stay for a long time. After 26 matches and scoring two goals, Vladimir went to Khimki. From this moment his career went down. In "Khimki" he played only 10 matches, in "Falcon", where he moved to 2013, in general, only three. In 2014, he moved to Podolsky "Vityaz", but there he played only three games in a year. In 2016, 37-year-old football player was already without a contract with any club.

National team appearances

Only in 2000 and 2001 could enjoy the fleeting moment of glory Vladimir Kuzmichev - his photos after the debut in "Chernomorets" began to appear in sports publications of Russia. He himself was summoned to the youth national team of Russia. But there he did not play a single match, and in the future he could not give a challenge to the national team, even the fact that he is a striker of CSKA. Vladimir Kuzmichev for his career has never been called to protect the colors of the country. Footballer spent a busy sports career, but we can not say that he achieved impressive results. Nevertheless, the news of his tragic death shocked absolutely everyone.

Death

September 23, 2016 on Michurinsky Avenue in Moscow, there was a traffic accident, a participant of which was Vladimir Kuzmichev. He was behind the wheel of his car and moved along the road when suddenly lost control and crashed into the concrete barrier. To save the football player it was not possible - from the received wounds he has died on a place. Other vehicles were not involved in the accident, so there were no additional victims. The media reported that Kuzmichev's car was moving within the permissible speed, so the causes of the loss of control could not be established. That's how tragically ended not only the career, but also the life of this Russian football player.
